Is it possible to send chocolates for Easter from USA to Wroclaw?

Hello, my good friend lives in Wroclaw and I would like to have a basket with chocolates or something sweet delivered to him for
Easter. Can someone help me, is this possible in Wroclaw? I want to order it from here. I live in the USA.

I'd just buy the chocolate at your local store in the US, go to a post office and ship it. The value up to $100 or so they won't even ask what's it for. On the other hand, I like Polish chocolate better than the American one but it may be something different for them.
