Debt in Poland. (problems at the polish customs?)

Hello, my best friend ran away from Poland after making around 50,000 Zloties in loans and not paying them back, after being addicted to drugs and partying.

He has turned his life around in the UK and done rehab and wants to go back to visit his family.

Is he likely to face problems at the polish customs to get back in and out of the country.

Thanks

Hopefully. He has not turned his life around until he makes peace with his creditors in Poland.

What a moronic thing to say... hopefully? Hopefully he faces problems? I'm glad you got your life handed to you, but he came to the Uk, got clean and saved up, if you can't offer any advice other than being an arrogant c*nt then stay off the post. Loser.

Advice: call the people you own money and make ammends.

His coming to Poland depends on whether the creditors went after his family and they paid it or whether there was court order etc.

Btw- you don't have to have your life handed to you as you say I order not to make a mess out of it

Something tells me that the poster is actually the "best friend" and he isn't as cleaned up as he thinks....

If these are civil debts - from a bank then no you will not be stopped at the border

If they are tax debts then you could be stopped

You can't be addicted to partying

You can't be addicted to partying

But using the a-word allows him to blame something besides his own choices.

and saved up

So he's got something to pay towards the debts he's accrued...
