Code to top up Poland's Play sim card?

Please, someone, for the love of god, help me. All I want to do is top up my Play pay-as-you-go sim with the credit I bought from my local shop. The receipt has the verification code on it but I'm fcuked if I can find what the prefix is (i.e. *123*verificationcodehash). Seriously, its not on the details that came with the sim card, I can't find it on the Play.pl website and it's not on the receipt. WTF?

It's like Play don't want me to use their network? If I can't get this sorted by tomorrow morning its going in the bin and I'm buying an Orange sim card.

just ask some local to help. or go to a shop that sells these things and ask them.

Enter *123* then press send. It should connect you to the automated service which will then prompt you to enter the top off code. Next time add money at a Play store. Orange is expensive and drains money very fast. Play is cheaper.

So I found out the answer - if anyone else has this problem, dial *111*(fourteen digit code on your receipt)hash (I don't have a hash key on my mac but I'm sure you all know what I mean).

i have a play sim card in my modem, i do not have a telephone unlocked to put the sim card in. i want to top up with top up card which i have, but i cannot figure out how to do this? anyone have any ideas?

go to any play store and they will do it for you.

For future reference you can top it up online on logowanie.play.pl I also have the option on my internet banking to top up my phone straight from there and a number of ATMS allow you to top up a phone too. No need for a silly coupon.

I want to update this post. The right way you can top up a Play sim is:

*100* then you enter the 14 digit code and in the end you add #. Now call this number and you are done. :)

Whenever I send my verification code and end it with a # to the number *100* it doesn't send.
