Need Help Topping Up Credit On PLAY Phone. Code doesn't work!

Hi everyone

So I bought 2 x10zl top ups for my phone on PLAY PL network, in the form of printed receipts. I am entering the codes correctly (tried several times) all I get is a message saying that I've entered a faulty code.

So, I want to contact their customer services but I can't find an English language number or email/form with which to contact one. It's understandable that as we're in Poland I shouldn't expect English speaking support, but a section of their website is in English so I thought maybe there's a chance.

Any advice from anyone?

Are you sure you've entered the right code and the # at the end? It's quite common for people to mistake what's the correct code on the little slips of paper when you buy your top up. Why did you buy 2 x 10zl ? Why did you separate the top ups?

Here are some slips with the codes field shown (kod)

It might also be that you are on a tariff which does not correspond to the top up type.
