Here's the one I always use. Takes no time but is better if you make it and leave it overnight. So easy you'll make it once and remember the recipe. If you haven't got English mustard powder, a dollop of Polish will do. Dijon even better.

Works better with an electric whisk rather than a food processor.

I used to buy Polish brands of sauerkraut, but in the last couple of years, they have been adding more and more water to the jars. Paying for water is not a good option. I prefer German or Ukrainian/Russian brands now.
