Barking Dogs in Poland

The barking dogs are one of my pet hates of Poland(Pardon the unintended pun).
Most Poles seem to have no idea about treating dogs well and training them.
They are just a defence system for them and not really pets.
I think it's disgraceful.

Yes, in the countryside infested with dozen species of wild animals which do damage to your property and livestock. Are you able to understand it????

While in urban areas they are pets. Now check the statistics for Polish population allocation. :):):)
