HI. i may need to give authority to someone to sign on my behalf in Poland. Does anyone know if i can give this authority from outside Poland?

I vaguely remember something about being able to do it in the polish embassy.
Thanks

You need a "Power of Attorney" Doc in English/Polish then arrange for it to be notarized

Here is an example: katzarov.com/downloads/power-poland-patents.pdf

I think that you need to find a Polish power of attorney in the country you currently reside. Legitimate POWs are certified in Poland and then it's like working in a Polish office. I know a person in the US who had to travel to Chicago to get this done. An alternative way would be to inquire at a Polish embassy who may provide such service.
