Hi my uncle passed away in 2020 and left some debts, all my family and I rejected the inheritance but now I need to reject it on behalf of my 5 year old daughter. She hasn't got Polish nationality just British, can I reject it on her behalf or I need to apply to a court in UK to have a permission to reject it on her behalf?
Polish courts have no jurisdiction over your daughter and won't be able to enforce that so don't waste any money on lawyers or courts. In any case the liability for debts is now restricted up to the value of the estate, even for Polish citizens
