Kasztelan niepasteryzowane is really fresh!

Had my first taste of Kasztelan niepasteryzowane and, like the adverts claim, it really is fresh and smooth tasting but also flavourful, not thin and watery like Bud Light. Price is nice too -- 2.29 zł. a bottle.

Also saw my first Skoda Citygo in the flesh (metal?). Cute little 5-door hatchie about the size of the Citroën C1 or Toyota Aygo.

In Ameirca you'd be surprised how many people quaff that swill! Some perfer Miller Lite -- same crapola.
It's probably got an extract content of 6-7%.

Bud was the cheapest beer in US when I stayed.

Kasztelan niepasteryzowane

I bought it once, tempted by this unpasteurised slogan. It was the first and last time. :):):):)

Kasztelan is not bad but try some beer from regional breweries ->
browaryregionalne.pl/stowarzyszone-browary

Browar Witnica produce excellent beer, especially BOSS and Celtyckie. Some stuff from Browar Fortuna and other regional producers is also top class. Recently regional producers have been in offensive, their beer is crushing mainsteam beers (usually owned by Carlsberg and other global companies) 10 thousand times. Regional beers used to be hard to get, I guess small producers were struggeling with distribution and other related issues but these days you can often find their beers even in Żabka.

Do you regard £omża as a reigonal brewer? They certainly advertise enough -- the big beer from the little brewery! Perła was begin advertising on TV.

I don't think so. Yes, they try to look like a regional brewery but it is really a large brewery (with production capacity 1 million hl annually, 20 times more than Witnica, which isn't really a micro entity either) being a part of even larger group. I know their beers, they are not bad but anyway, this is a trully industrial scale production and one can feel it.

Budweiser is not a cheap beer, nor is Miller's. Cheaper are Pabst Blue Ribbon, Blatz, Schlitz, Old Style and others. The above-mentioned Milwaukee's Best is asmong the cheapest. There is also one called Old Milwaukee.

The problem with Kasztelan is that is it micro-filtered.
