Jasonas 1 | 2 8 Jan 2015 #1Hello everybody,i am an Arabic guy, i was married to a Polish woman since 2008 till now, i live in Krakow . we have a two years old son. my wife left me and took my son away to her city near Rzeszow two months ago. she wants to divorce.in this time i was trying to get the permanent residence card but they told me in the imigration office that i cant obtain it because we are not living as a married couples anymore.my question is what is my rights as a forigen father to my son?in which purpose i can apply for residence in poland ?kind Regards!

Harry 8 Jan 2015 #4i was married to a Polish woman since 2008 till now, i live in Krakow .That doesn't seem to pass the smell test. After at least six years here you should have already been given the ten-year card.
