Renewing Residence after divorce with Polish wife, and 3 years of holding Poland's temporary residence card

Hello all,

I am a non EU citizen and I married a Polish national in Denmark, after we moved to Poland and I applied for temporary residency and I received a 3 years residence permit, after 2 years, we broke up and now we are getting divorced.

My temporary residence Visa expires in 3 weeks and I want to stay in Poland as I have a good job (Self-employed).

How do I go about renewing? is it possible? Lived in Poland now for over 3 years legally and currently living in Krakow.

Why are you asking on some anonymous internet forum instead of going to the Foreigners Office and getting reliable information? That doesn't make any sense.

Hi,
I have to apply for another temporary residence card in Poland. Do you know how long the procedure will take (it is my second card, first one was on one year) an if I will have to go on interview again and have all check outs (police, ABW etc.)?
