kaprys 3 | 2,286 29 Oct 2017 #32I'm sorry guys but neither Ludzie wschodu nor Laleczka z saskiej porcelany is actually full of useful everyday vocabulary. If anyone wants to learn Polish or any other language, choose a genre of music you like. However, a beginner should look for songs with useful vocabulary.
koniczynka 29 Oct 2017 #33I think it's more about to help to discover some unknown artists and songs in particular language and just enjoy listening the music. The way to get useful vocabulary is a phrase book full of everyday conversations.
kaprys 3 | 2,286 29 Oct 2017 #34@koniczynkaHave you seen the topic of this thread? Laleczka z saskiej porcelany brings some nice childhood memories but it's just a song for kids.Anyway, as long as you like it and it may help others learn Polish, why not.
koniczynka 30 Oct 2017 #35kaprys Ive seen but since the author is gone I just wanted to add some songs worth to know in this thread instead to create a new one. Maybe somebody finds sth interesting among these :Ania Iwanek & Pati Sokół ft. Piotr Cugowski - MiastoBiada - niemaGOtuMichał Gasz & Piotr Rubik - To cała prawdaAnna Jantar - Nic nie może wiecznie trwaćUrszula - Dmuchawce, Latawce, WiatrWilki - Baśka
spiritus 69 | 666 31 Oct 2017 #36How about listening to Marek Grechuta ? His music style is very much poetry based so should be easy to hear the lyrics
kaprys 3 | 2,286 31 Oct 2017 #37@spiritusHe was amazing. Both the pace of his songs and his diction should make things easy to understand. Dni, których nie znamy is fantastic. Some songs by Czerwone Gitary like Kwiaty we włosach seem good for the purpose of learning for the same reason.
