Law / EU citizen and marriage in Poland - legalization difficulties? [2]

I am non-EU and my fiance is Estonia citizen. We wish to get married in Poland. I hear that the legalization of marriage is easier in some small villages across the country and I would like to know which one. Also I would like some advice on how to proceed with this. She is flying over from Estonia for only a couple of days and we want to get it done in that time. Thanks.

Poland - legal status during marriage



My fiance is Polish and I am non-Eu person. I am waiting for my work permit application and residency permit. If we want to get married, what is the process and how can I initiate it? I wish to stay legally here until my marriage is concluded. I hear small villages in Poland are more accommodating with marriage type applications. Any advice?

My legal status in Poland: waiting for karta pobytu; how to check the status of application?



I am a non-eu citizen and came to Poland on a business visa issued by Latvia. I applied for Temporary Residence Permit in Poland based on company contract on 25 March 2018. I gave fingerprints and submitted documents. It has been four (4) months and I have not yet heard anything from immigration. Can you please let me know how I can check the status of my application and speed this application up? Will a visit to Urzad be of any help? I want to receive my karta pobytu as soon as possible. Also, what is my legal status in Schengen area during this process?
