I mean legally can someone outside EU studying in poland with a d-type visa or living permit in future buy real estate?

Law / Landlord approval needed to drill wall for internet cable? Advice please [10]

He wont even pick up the phone, I have to contact his daughter on facebook and she rarely takes action, been here for over 1 week now. I'm just wondering the things I can do in case he denies it according to law, or things I can do to get internet without a permission

Bump, in need of advice either of some law I can benefit or any internet company that wouldnt require such a hustle

But if not, thank you, the drill isnt the problem I'm having, its that UPC needs landlord permission to drill the wall for internet cable and chance is high I wont get the permission due to landlord having minimum communication with us, he wont even send his bank account to us so we can pay, keeps delaying, I feel it is a bit shady but well, guess I'll see what's gonna happen.

Merged: House prices in Warsaw centrum? As a non EU citizen, am I allowed to buy here?

Hello, I'm wondering the house prices around warsaw centrum, would be 2 people living together so doesnt need to be a huge flat, a living room and an extra 1 room plus toilet and kitchen would do. Any estimation on how much something like this would cost

Oh also, as an outside EU person, can I buy a house? Or are there stuff I need to complete beforehand.

Hello, so with my gf we moved in a nice small flat but we dont have internet, so we called UPC people to install internet, the dude comes over in 3-4 days anyway and when he did he told us we need a written approval from the landlord that he can put a hole in the wall for internet cable. So he left and still no internet, landlord is freaking tough to contact always away and stuff, and I dont even know if he'll allow it, I feel like he will be opposed to it just for the sake of it and at this point I'd like to know my right as a person who is paying rent. what can I tell him to speed up the process? Do I have any right in Poland like my landlord not providing things I need so I can **** off the contract for a year and leave right away, because there is no way I cant have internet for 1 year as a student. I would really really love some advices on this, if there are any other companies that wouldnt put a hole or need some landlord permission being the last option, if so let me know.

but I don't understand why you denied Turkey being mostly Muslim.

Because it changed a lot over the years, right now the president is appealing to people by using religion and for the last 5-6 years this made a lot of young people actually hate islam, right now there is a huge population of atheists and other religions completely opposing islam due to reasons like this yet still we have a big population of muslim people, might be less than %50 or might be higher just a little bit but I know for fact its lowering day by day.

Going to be tough living in a place where I'm automatically muslim and their idea of muslim doesnt seem to be far off from the distorted American media where muslims are killing everyone, while ironically the guns they are using are all American product... Anyway hopefully I wont be that much of an alien though, I went there for 15 days and I did get stared a lot even though I dont look Turkish that much, hopefully it should be better when I learn the language.

Got to be something of similarity but the good thing is the faculty I'm gonna study at is made out of foreigners completely, I'm going to try my luck with either the dormitory if its cheap or find someone who's willing to give me meldunek, that is unless I cant find a rentable place that will also give me meldunek, thanks for the answers jon
