My wife have applied for residence card, due health issues she needs to go back to country of origin. Is it possible for me to collect card on behalf of her?

Recently moved to wroclaw from india:

main expenses are
rent - you need to pay 2000-2500 (with bills) to get a 50-60sqm decent flat
food - if you are cooking then monthly 1200-1500 ( if you need indian food items then need to pay more)
travel - 3zty for one normal trip (for 22 working days - 22*6 = 132, ~150zy for transportaion)
buying some misc items - 500zty
total - 3850-4600zty permonth

Beware you need to pay high income tax here.
