Getting married in Poland is not easy as what is told by other people. It is much easier to get married in India then in Poland. As Indian you need a certificate that you are single and free to marry, This certificate Indian embassy doesn't not issue nor does any ministry in India. The only way to get married in Poland is that you need to go to the court in Poland and apply in court that they can allow you to marry without this certificate which can take couple of months and later then get a date for marriage in civil court which can take another couple of months. While in India it is easier go to the civil court with your fiance with passport and another piece of id (eg: driving license) and register the marriage and after a month you can marry. Poland's financial markets remained stable on Monday, in line with expectations of most analysts and despite some concern about possible negative reactions following Saturday's tragic death of i.a. Poland's President Lech Kaczynski and NBP head Slawomir Skrzypek.

Lack of market reaction is a proof of institutional strength and maturity of the state, Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. analysts told Parkiet daily.

Poland will see increased foreign investments, already visible in the growth in number of projects at the Polish Agency for Foreign Investment PAIiIZ to 138 from 77 in the same period last year, head of PAIiIZ Slawomir Majman told the daily Rzeczpospolita.

Investments will be damped by the scarcity of capital abroad however, he added.

Germany dropped out from the foreign investment leadership, while increased interest is seen from Japan and South Korean, Majman said adding that in terms of sectors leaders are automotive, aviation, BPO and IT.

At the time of divorce they should have mentioned about joint assets, loans, credits etc. If this is mentioned in the divorce decree then he is obliged to pay the loan partially. Also as per the law if two people are married and if anyone buys a property, assests or takes a credit it has to be borne by the both the person. It is also important to know how was divorce decree made, was it no fault divorce or was it husband or wife side fault divorce.

Did you refused to show your ID or Passport when he asked you to show it, or did you refused to give your personal details. These can be the only reason why he would call the police. There are people who are living illegally and travelling so they just do there duty to inform the police as he was suspecting you to be without documents. Regarding personal details taken by the police it is safe so dont need to worry. It is possible that you ca forget to validate the ticket or you need to reach somewhere which is more important and u couldnt buy a ticket. We are human beings and we do make mistakes but as far as we follow the rules and pay the fine on time it wouldnt harm your image nor will you be in black list, so cheer up :)

Eu citizens can move in european union with no problems and can live and work for 3 months and if they want to live longer they should register with the local office. For british citizens they should register with Wojewoda if they are working or doing business in Poland. Regarding WRS i guess there are many poles who are not registered and working for years, It is good to register because if u work for 1 year you dont need to register later. Regardig denial of WRS I guess they wouldnt do it as far as you are working legally and paying taxes. Never heard of someone getting denied for it.

I don't agree with this point. Any European for example Polish has a right to go and work in UK. Once they find a job they can register with WRS. The day they start working and start paying taxes and contributing towards National Insurance (NI) they are working legally. Regarding permanent address they can always rent a room or a flat :)

As Alicajav answered all your questions other then switching your jobs. You can switch only once the other company is ready to do all paper work for you and then you can change in Poland. Out other european countries you need to go through the smiliar process of getting a work permit the way you got from India to Poland. The company has to sponsor you for work permit.
