Pip, it's rather weird that you're complaining that there was a queque, it's rather... normal? On every airport in the world.
In my experience, LOT is ok, food isn't very tasty but stewards are nice, airplanes are rather comfortable if airplane can me comfortable.

People in Poland are rather helpful even if they don't look friendly. They're no racist, of course they like jokes about other nations but with no ill will or hostility, just like in any other country.

Well, Warsaw isn't as nice as Prague but not as bad as other cities I've seen. I'm living here for some time and when I just came it was rather depressing experience(as you can conclude from my nick). Now it's not so bad, I met some nice people and knew some places in here. Maybe after a year or two I'll even like this city.
