That's true, but it's not too hard finding someone that can to basic cuts and most women (hate to generalise) can do the cornrows and such.

Another problem you might have is your overheads, if you decide to put it on a high street or the polish equivalent I'm fairly certain for the cost of renting such a place, you'd be better off selling drugs on the side to keep it profiatble (Joking, don't do drugs kids)

You can't really have a place for cheap cuts if you don't have the numbers coming through the doors (One thing newly arrived immigrants definitely want is a cheap option). So, you need to have a business that caters to both caucasian and black people hair. All at reasonable prices or you'll get done for reverse racism!

It is slightly different though, I've seen how the little kids in Africa act towards white people and they'll either ask blunt but not racist or rude questions like, "where do you come from?", "can we follow you?" and basically just act like they have an audience with Santa.

The worst thing you might hear (dunno if it's even bad) is a child just exclaim with a smile, "white man!" that's it. My mate went to small towns and villages around Asia and he said the kids did similar things to him and some randomly gave him gifts (usually broken toys or whatever they had to hand)

So it's a bit different to monkey chants (in the worse cases) and whispering, stares and finger pointing.

Hopefully before the Euros, Poland will have addressed this by maybe using some public service announcements or the likes. Get some celebrities involved and really try and address it head on.

It's unlikely to affect the brain as long as it it just minor and regardless of the surface the baby sleeps on, if it can support its weight it can create pressure. it's like if you sit on a soft cushion, no matter how soft it is, your bottom won't look as round as it does while standing... pardon the example. The head is supposed to be so soft that just pressing lightly will cause a depression so if the baby always sleeps in a particular position eventually, it will start to show... the back of my head is flat... hmmm

Has anyone considered the possibility that the culture determines the head shape? Bear with me, It is a well known fact that the bones in a newborns skull have not fused and as such different ways of taking care of babies can greatly influence the eventual shape of an individuals head.

I have noticed a big difference in the head shape of certain communities depending on whether they were 1st, 2nd or 3rd generation. 1st and 2nd generation in that community had very odd head shapes and could be due to the "old ways" of bringing up babies. 3rd generation and onward seemed to benefit from access to the latest neonatal care and advice as opposed to "what my grandmother did".

I actually knew a family that had 7 girls and then eventually had a boy but he died before his 2nd birthday, they were really into the "old ways" but I can't say either way if that contributed to it in any way. I mean whether you allow your baby to sleep on it's side or back or front can have a huge impact on them.

Firstly, there are a lot more black people in the world than those you see on American TV and before Hip hop came on the scene there was a cultural heritage and loooong after Hip hop has been forgotten there will still be a black culture.

The fact that polish kids copy it could be the same as why some went with the Anarchist movement. Whatever is viewed as bad by adults will be seen as "cool" by the kids... It's simple psychology and they just do it for attention or to get a rise out of you and they're succeeding.

Unless you are going to poland to stare at mens bits in the changing rooms, I don't see how this should affect you. Unless you are going for a very specific type of tourism then my best guess would be maybe culturally it never really took off. Also,

They get arrested on the streets of Britain and it doesn't stop anyone from going back out and doing the same again once they're released....I don't think a clampdown on louts would even dent the numbers that want to come to Poland. The bureaucrats should stop pu ss yfooting around the issue and treat them as you would your own citizens if they urinated on your historical monuments, as some cambridge student did last year in th UK. Hard but fair is the way to go :D

Oh dear, unfortunately most of you have a very limited range of friends so most of your "statistics" are from watching COPS or other useless sources of "facts" of the 200+ black friends I have, about 5 are in single parent families... None from divorce/abandonment. One was a heart attack, one was a plane crash, one was complications of kidney failure, one was shot during a burglary attempt. So before you prejudge why a woman is single, you should also consider that some women feel they simply don't NEED a man in their life.

Oh dear, if you do not have at least two separate unrelated black friends I don't think you need to be commenting. The only people you see on the news or making the headlines are the stupid, ignorant "Thugs" in the same way that any documentary on football shows every football game east of germany as being a hooligan-filled riot. Like almost anyone growing up, there'll be youths acting out trying to define their "individuality" it doesn't always come out positively, but you hope they outgrow that phase quickly and get their heads screwed on straight.

It is RARE to see a black person above the age of 35 actually dancing to hip hop, appreciate it probably, sing along to it maybe, but there is only a narrow window where you are influenced by what you see and hear and as long as you have been brought up right, Eminem and Dr Dre will not make you gag your girlfriend and put her in your boot or shoot a policeman.

I'll admit I have and do occasionally listen to hiphop, not for the "message" or the bling but for the expressiveness. Nowadays though, I must admit very little effort goes into the majority of tat that is marketed so all you can do is focus on the content and it really doesn't make pretty listening.

Even Tupac, one of the more violent elements in hiphops history was a talented lyricist and in between his rants about money and hoes he actually put out a lot of positive messages and is remembered for those as well (e.g. Dear mama, letter to my unborn child, changes, hail mary, keep your head up etc) but you always have to pay the piper and his good messages didn't balance out the bad (karma) he accumulated and so he met his end at the hands of the same gangsta culture he helped cultivate.

No genre is as clean as we'd like to think, as Tennessee Ernie Ford said, "....shot a man in Rio, just to watch him die..." not the most positive role model from the country music legend.... Don't even get me started on Death Metal, so you have to think are a few kids pretending to be Eminem really going to bring about the end of days...?
