I don't know about Polish girls, but can surely tell you about the last 3 relationships I had with Bulgarian girls ( 4 years, 4 years, 6 years) ended the same way - she jumped in his bed, even before we split, asking kindly: "can we still be friends?" :)

I'm not proud to be Bulgarian ...

You didn't meet her in the UK - if she wanted to go there she would have met you!

In December she came to England for a little while, and we did have a few problems mainly around my family, this nearly destroyed things

This makes me think she's sacrificeing herself for your love, if she goes to the UK and as a reward she gets your family's murmouring ... sooner or later she will go back to Poland,

because she will have the support of her loving family there.

I think that the family will be best where the woman is from, not the opposite.

And if you ever change your mind - she won't be left homeless in the UK right?

That's my opinion.

I think most Poles are asking themselves why they can't afford to buy their own property on what everyone is telling them is a decent salary

The answer is: imdb.com/title/tt1332128/ just don't believe every word they say, but in general every century had its slaves and masters ... and this is not going to change.

I totally agree :) It's not how much you get, but how you live. I'm not yet living in Poland, but I am going there a.s.a.p (May 2010) and not for the money, but for the best balance I can afford nowadays!

P.S: yes, I'm earning more than I will as we speak, but that's not all in life you know ;)

Polonia / POLES vs BULGARIANS [160]

Terziev - your opinion is yours! I am Bulgarian too and DON'T share your viewpoint.

All my friends seem to like Polish people.

I have many Polish friends and they never disapointed me!

Don't give the world the wrong impression on who we are - we are MIX of many cultures and can NOT be generalised.

You don't like Poland - don't go there!

Bulgarian nature is that WE ARE NOT equal and united! That's why we're spread all over the world. Some of us succeed in integrating in another country and just fit wery well, some other DON'T and WINE all the time - accusing other people of that and giving the WRONG general impression we're cocky self-stubborn jerks.

If we were all the same - we would have come to a solution of our own problems!
Luckily or not we are different from each other!
