Tbh doesn't make mich sense to me.
Pregnancy is visible after several months, appointments start at about 3 months (with scans) etc. You don't just up and leave the person you love because your ex said she's pregnant. You talk, you make plans etc.
And then when a girl he doesn't care about cheats on him he goes mad and beats the guy up?

I get that however...
Let's say he met the new girl a month after brake up, started dating etc (that should take some time) before he's madly in love and ready to marry. By that time it should be evident....
Or did she call him 'I'm pregnant' and he hungs up and ends his relationship without even meeting with the ex or discussing the situation with his gf he loves?

It's just in today's day and age...The pregnancy shows, the baby moves and there are scans and appointments to attend ....
