Were you just joking? I've never cheated on anyone before and I had many opportunities. Not all women cheat.

It gets hard when he's too busy for you and you find yourself alone and other men come along who act like they're dying to be with you. That's why I can understand why people cheat. A relationship takes work.

if there not willing to talk or sort things out it probably means the end is near so i would end things and then choose pastures anew with that somebody who wants my attention.

That's true but not everyone believes in just throwing relationships away that easily. Some people are in marriages and there are children involved. It's not always as simple as demanding that the other person pay more attention to you or else.

I am definately paranoid big time. I'm starting to convince myself that she is way too pretty for me and she is married or has a boyfriend back home.

What if it turns out that she's got a boyfriend or husband? Will you be able to continue being a friend to her? My opinion is that you should just ask her if she has a boyfriend or husband right away because it sounds like you want to be more than just a friend to her.

Thanks for being so honest. It helps to know what men really think. Women can be friends with a man and have no romantic feelings whatsoever, especially if she grew up with brothers. The reason some women like to have male friends is because male friends don't treat them as bad as some women friends do. Female friends sometimes criticize or try to compete, even without realizing it. It's just a natural instinct, I guess. That whole thing does not exist with male friends.

Have you ever seen the show Cops? They always arrest married men who have families for trying to pick up prostitutes.

However I don’t think women normally go for shy types, unless they are a bit older… but there are exceptions.

I agree that talkative men can get women easier. And their conversations don't have to be profound. Just say something, anything, and you'll be a step ahead.

It's been frustrating and I've found myself wondering, 'why can't I act like that all the time'

Women have trouble talking to men they have feelings for, too. If a woman likes you, chances are she's just as nervous as you are. I once felt so nervous because a guy that I liked came up and talked to me that I started to feel lightheaded, like I was going to pass out.

I would however not recommend that you try to impress a Polish girl with your knowledge of Poland. After all you can only look foolish as she knows a lot more than you.

On the other hand, she might like it and feel flattered because you're so interested in something that is so much a part of her.

Thats the thing, when I spoke to this girl today, she seemed totally unfazed by everything I said, totally confident and a bit cold. She didn't seem nervous at all and that is why I have the feeling that she is not keen on me.

Did she ever notice you before? The nervousness wouldn't come along until after she has met you and has decided she likes you. Sometimes that doesn't happen right away. As you said, women find it easier to talk to men they don't have feelings for but that changes when they do develop feelings.

Not every relationship starts out as love at first sight. I was reading about a married couple yesterday and the woman said she didn't even like him at first.

There was an oldish man flirting with her today in work.She seemed to enjoy the attention. It pissed me off no end but its a valuable lesson I guess.

Yeah, women are flattered when men flirt with them. She might respond in the same way if you do the same thing.
