Genealogy / Do Polish people have big noses? [451]

There is nowt wrong with your nose Mr M and nor is there anything wrong with SB's nose, I really dont understand why people generalise about these things I've been to Poland twice now and I can honestly say I haven't noticed anything strange about Polish apart from there was a lot more totty knocking about!

I would never be able to be a lawyer in England or Poland unless I had connections.

LOL you dont need connections just good qualifications in English law, I dont know where you got that idea from...

If you have a law degree and get into a good practice for your training, then it's all down to how well you do as to where you end up...Yes their income is good but when they're trainees they only earn about £15,000 for 12 months....and its hard work my friend is a Corporate Solicitor (not a trainee) and some times she doesnt get out of work until mid night..works 7 days a week...so she deserves the money she earns..

Life / Why are Poles always so miserable? Why do they never smile? [512]

You see Poles work alot harder and longer then Americans or Brits do.

Really, I left the house at 07:30 this morning and got home at 19:10 this evening :) and when I left the office at 18:00 there were plenty of people there that wouldnt be leaving until at least 20:00 so you see, you are wrong in your comments, very wrong.

There is a fantastic bar in Manchester Called Dukes 92 and you can get almost any cheese you like - a big slab of it with about half a loaf of crusty bread, with picked onions and gurkins...., its great after work going in and getting a bottle of wine especially in the summer sat outside just chilling with mates :)

Hey Bubbs, Manchester is a pretty cool city these days with lots going on - but yes for sure you would love Dukes - especially on a sunny day, lots of scantily glad women and about 20 different cheeses to chose from :)

UK, Ireland / Your opinion about cheap and easy Polish Girls in UK? [30]

Not at all, far from it. In fact I'd say quite the opposite - I don't know where you got that from!

speak to a black buy on a building site, this not my wording, but a friend of mine told me her b/f works on site (they are both Polish) - but men as we know it tend to exagerate!

Relax. I am a polish male. We are known around the world from our gently way about women. Polish girls appreciate that very much, and I don`t understand where the easy are

Bollox, I went on a date with a Polish guy and he was anything but, but I am not going to put all Polish men in the same group because I dated a Polish guy who was lovely, my point is - men are men no matter where they come from and generalising in this forum is stupid and insulting

Language / Polish slang phrases - most popular. [606]

So, go on the streets and start saying to everyone "kurwa". Be patient!

I think even the English know not to use that :) besides f*ck is universal why bother to sware in another language (thats if you are that way inclined to use those words in the first place).....
