Life / Hollywood Lyrics, why a Polish girl? ('A Polish girl in America') [37]

Americans openly funding terrorist attacks on the UK though, well done

No.. wasn't dodging, I have a life and in my country "whitey" as you ironically refer to us has to work. I can see how an English white guy would relate to the African American though.. you have very similar work ethics.

To your point: A very small portion of Irish American funneled gun money to Sinn Fein / IRA..70s - 90s however it mostly outlawed now. I'm sure it still goes on. However, take it up with Greater Boston.. the rest of us could give a feck. Esp. Polish Americans?? You want to blow each other up over 13 counties or whatever .. go for it.

..It does seem that an awful lot of terrorists are escaping your people's usually exacting eyes here of late and if I was you b@stards I'd peak in on the mosques a little more often.

urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=daddy-o

Can you dig it, baby?? Damn limey lecturing a yank of jazz? That's like me giving you hints on bangers and mash.. or something else disgusting.

you still havent been to the UK

What for? To shake hand with the next shoe bomber you bucketheads are sending over here?

Thanks a million for that.

fighting the 1st SS panzer armee in the Bulge daddy O?

Well, sorry.. old boy. Since you're the history professor and everything. Daddy O[ is a phrase from the 50's. A little after the Bulge, etc., I'm afraid.

Uhh.. Limey is still well in circulation over here, Nigel. So shove your little history lesson.

LIMEY! It's not really meant to offensive.. it just sounds funny.. so we use it.

I know it makes limeys mad.. so I use it whenever I can around them. Heeelarious.

complete knobs?

Tut.. tut: Just because you don't agree with my assessment doesn't make me a knob.

All the stuff I listed was true and based on true experiences while on the Continent.

This Polish girl Jane Krakowski is 42 and looks like she's 32.

Forgot about Janey.. yes she does look great.

have you ever actually been to the UK

No.. if I want sh.tty weather.. and food I'd head out there I guess. Everybody I knows goes to limeyland .. once.. and to not return. I lived on the "Continent" for a year, bucko. I've traveled quite a bit thank you.

Always have problems withyour people.. nobody else. Luckily there's usually a few guys from Oz around and we let you fools have it. Haha.. it's the best. Nobody hates limeys like Australians. And nobody hate Americans like Limeys .. except maybe in the Middle East.. but parts of the UK look like ME North.

Last summer clowns in Manchester were burning our flag.. just sayin'. I don't care but shove that "special relationship" mumbo jumbo.

News / Die Welt-Poland and Germany are the economic driving force of Europe [239]

how would the banks survive if everyone was like me?

.. because, on average, most aren't like and have to pay interest or an annual fee for some cards. But yeah, credit cards can be a great tool and can save you a bundle if you're wise on how you use them.

USA, Canada / Where on the net can I buy Polish language books/novels/math in the US? [26]

Born in Poland before the WW2 (now this is Bialorus), after the war moved to Poland, in 1952 as a 17 year old young pupil put to the prison for underground political activity, than thanks to Stalin's death released from the prison 2.5 years later.

Sounds like an incredible life. I'd like to read that book myself.

UK, Ireland / What's the rule on 'the UK' but just 'GB'? [60]

UK has the Robin. But i'm sure that the national bird was the Wren.

Don't you have a lot of skylarks? That's an interesting bird.

What kind of wildlife did GB have in the old days? Squirrels, pretty much like today probably. Well maybe some skinny wolves running around.. a codfish? Yeah, the ugly Bulldog was made by old limey so be it. Lol.

Jk.. Bulldogs are the coolest. Too bad they cost a mint to buy one or I would keep one in my apartment.

in Poland you either get really pretty girls, or really manly girls, but not so many fat ones.

Yeah that is true, some of the Polish girls have the manly square jaw thing working. Like Popeye in a wig.

USA, Canada / CULTURE SHOCK! (of my Polish finance who visited the US) [210]

Life is too short no matter whre you live, to one person it's a dump, to another paradise. It all depends how you look at it.

I agree with this. Sometimes "dumps" have a lot of character and a cool vibe. Plus there's usually less uptight rules, snobs etc.

what is it with Poles and living in cold, dank places? feels like home?

Yeah probably.. A lot of those places can be pretty beautiful though with distinct changes in seasons. I kind of like the winter personally. Also, I don't know if the rust belt is completely gone either.. it's showing signs of life here of late.

USA, Canada / What should I bring back from the U.S. to Poland? [46]

ass.hole

.. lol

sorry you can't get with a female like that but that's your problem now isn't it ...

Probably not but I can find a couple of internet wives.. just as you've done. If she's really your wife.. get her to hold up a sign that says "Hello PF's" or something to that effect. Being the internet guru you claim to be it should not be a problem..

and don;t get me started on Detroit or Baltimore)

Can I get you started on Mackinac, Charlevoix maybe?

negative PR

Which should be less as there not so much acid rain coming up to you anymore?? Do you think? Nahh.. you will get your digs in some way shape or form. Slip something about the My Lai Massacre in at dinner. Haha. Why break with precedent?

pecunia non olet

.. and we were led to believe the average Canadian had transcended beyond it.

Sadly, we have only just under 50% the Chinese you enjoy in the US.

Per capita? I've heard you've quite the dynasty brewing up there. Maybe your Vancouver wing?

Well, I'm fresh out of stones to throw at you, boss. I'm going to trek through your wilderness someday as the cold doesn't hurt the Slavic bones too much. Leave you with this: Virtually no one says anything bad about Canadians down here. And thanks for treating the Edmund Fitzgerald as a grave site. Probably down here people would sell tickets to see the bodies below. You're sometimes a glum bunch but more often a classy one as well.

USA, Canada / What should I bring back from the U.S. to Poland? [46]

Pinching Pete has no respect for women and Americans or people

No , young squire.. but I do have it for you. Airing your personal problems to any half wit around the world who is in between masturbating to prno.. that screams sagacity to me.

Did I say that yet?

Yes... the wind has blown it in a few times. The schadenfreud is apparent.

but seeing Buffalo

No never the pleasure.. have seen upstate New York though. Certainly not a dump. Cleveland, Detroit and Buffalo.. lot of Pennsylvannia , Ohio.. sure they're probably gone to a degree. Dumps in the making as you have put it.

Don't click your heals too much .. Canada trades a lot with the US. Then again maybe your many Chinese citizens can pull some strings with the mother ship and bring you along with their ascent. Hopefully, your daughter will find their perfume counters "modern".

THOSE WHO ARE ABOUT TO DIE.. SALUTE YOU!

Or, if you, understandably, luck funds for the trip, read some of these:

Actually I don't lack funds as I am not in dire straits.. contrary to the tune you are plucking tonight, most of us down here are not. Anyway, why should I visit, I've got your glowing review. Canadian side = rainbows. US side = children grilling rats for subsistence.

Strange as you an exatled Canadian... had business.. in a dump.

Surely, you in your infinite wisdom can see the contradiction. Unlike your gov'ment.. I won't tax you for the above.

Law / The right to own guns: would you support such legislation in Poland? [2823]

.. or downright impossible. I not a big gun nutter but something like the Holocaust would never have gotten off the ground in the US. There are complete excesses to gun ownership though. Just recently last 10 years or so , ATF finally banned buying 50 cal kits that were being sold via mail order and were easily constructed.

Yes.. a .50 cal machine gun or this:
youtube.com/watch?v=Qtzk8HNPzHY

There's still plenty around in private hands around the US.

It's the right of a free people to possess a means of self defense not only against criminal assault but also against tyrannical government when necessary.

Yes it is.. but not just anyone should be able to buy one.. there should be criteria. This is exactly why schools get shot up (Virginia Tech), so many drive bys happen in the US. Only a neocon gun nut argue as you do.. In Florida one can literally buy multiple guns all at once and them sell them on the street no problem at all.

But don't you worry about that, moron.. You're not a (hillbilly voice) li brall.. duhh. Keep lapping up the Rush Limbaugh, boss.. just like you he's purely entertainment. Where were your conservatives when all the money was being spent on these false wars? Essentially tanking this country. Oh I know, it was for our own good.. and the weapons lobby of course.
