Law / Professional Poker Player seeking Polish Laws on Gambling help. [15]

Is there any update on the situation with online poker here?
All the info I am finding is from last year or before and there are still a lot of sites that do not allowing players from Poland to register.

Looks like it is still illegal.
And live poker is pretty much dead here too.
Doesn't look like the state is doing anything about relaxing or changing the laws.

Hi,
I broke my leg in April last year and had a metal plate inserted. During this surgery or post-op, the bone became infected with bacteria.

Unfortunately the infection destroyed some of the bone at the knee joint and after 3 more surgeries, I still need another big one to fix this.

The type of surgery needed has still not been decided.

Almost a year after going to hospital with a broken leg, I am still using a crutch, paying for physio every week, and a long way from being fully recovered (if ever)

I'm not looking for sympathy btw. Sh*t happens and I know there's plenty of people in worse sh*t than me.

I would like to start building a case for compensation from the hospital.
Are there specialist lawyers who deal with this?
Does Poland have no win-no fee lawyers?
I am based in Gdansk, if that matters.

Any advice appreciated.

Law / Used vehicle bought in Poland - is it possible to unregister it from abroad? [4]

Unregister Polish car from outside Poland

Hi,
I moved from Poland a few months ago with my car and now I want to scrap it and unregister it.
I know I must give plates, documents and payment to the same office where the car was registered.
But I can't do this in person, I don't have anyone to do it as a proxy and I can't do it online using my 'Profil Zaufany' as I have new phone number, bank account etc.

So, is it enough that I send everything by post including translated 'proof of scrapping'?

I really don't see any other option.
