I've noticed that too, and it's colored. It's the latest fashion.
I like long hair. A woman looks more sexy and beautiful with long hair.
But some look good in short hair too. I liked Edyta Górniak when she was singing the song for the movie "ogniem i mieczem". But now she has long hair and looks good too.

Both my parents had blue eyes, all 5 of their kids - including me - have blue eyes. I was blonde when little but my color changed to dark brown as I grew up. My father had very dark hair, mother light brwon.

2.5 liter milk
1 tablespoon butter
10 dg flour
pinch of salt
about 2 tablespoons sugar

Boil milk, add salt and sugar. Slowly mix in flour, stirring the whole time. Boil again on small heat and add butter.

Every country is different.
In America strangers will pass you by and say hello. But it too depends where in America. In Wyoming I find people to be very friendly, say hi and wave to you. In Eastern States they are more snobbish. You can walk down the streets of New York and everybody is busy with their lives.

Polish people look unhappy on the outside, they have to wait for the bus or tramwaj and if you smile at someone, as I did when I was there, they think you're some kind of whacko. But once they get to know you, they have a good sense of humor, are very hospitable, make you feel very welcome and they laugh a lot too.

I smiled all the time when I was there with a visit, so I stuck out like a sore thumb.
