They weren't coming then, since the legal mechanism existed to prevent it, and of course Micron is letting them cross as a form of hybrid warfare.
Everyone whinges about them; nobody has a plausible solution. And when our new Labour government actually try to sort it, the bollock faced gammons all blame them for the failings of the previous 14 years of rightwing misrule that caused the problem and during which the boats started.

Very much so.
And the thing is, migration to Europe will only increase over the next few decades. And probably increase massively.
Brexit and failure to collect taxes. Brexit has caused a 4.5% drop in UK GDP, but Starmer won't even mention it,
And of course the Tories privatising things. Selling off our national assets to corporate pirates that pay huge dividends and to whom we've also hat to pay 200 billion.
Anyone who thinks there's an easy answer isn't the person who has to fix that. Migration is not the biggest problem.

Less of the northern. I may be thick (at least my OH keeps saying "I love how it's so very thick" however it was us who got the Tories out.
