Off-Topic / A VERY CHRISTMASSY FORUM - IDEAS FOR CHRISTMAS THREADS [156]

Youre the one that recently claimed to have made 1.5 million from the stock market, moneybags.

Remember that Jim the rapist claims to have made the best part of half a million dollars from a single stock in a single day. But he still lives in a shack his mother gave him. Hoot!

You would have bought the forum already if you actually had the money.

Jim could buy this place with what he claims to have made in 20 minutes from just a single stock in his portfolio. The problem is that Admin wants real dollars and Jim only has fantasy bucks.

Show us, where they said and planned the things you claim.

Have a read of the Covenant of Harakat al-Muqawama al-Islamiyya, it's right there avalon.law.yale.edu/21st_century/hamas.asp

It certainly does as pointed out several posts before this.

So, given that Hamas call for the killing of all Israelis and the destruction of the Israeli state and recently attempted to do as much of that as they were capable of, doesn't that make the Irish government "apologists for genocide" as they refer to Hamas as being merely a "militant group"?

apologists for genocide

That's an interesting turn of phrase. Does it apply to those who describe as "militants" those who in reality call for and repeatedly attempt to commit genocide?

Hamas is designated a terrorist organisation By the EU and is accepted by all EU member states.

But Hamas are not referred to by the Irish government as "terrorists". Instead they use the phrase "the 7 October attacks by Hamas and other militant groups", for example here ireland.ie/en/dfa/role-policies/international-priorities/israeli-palestinian-conflict/

No argument here or from the Irish government

Remind me, does the Irish government refer to Hamas as "terrorists" or "militants"? The US and the UK are crystal clear that Hamas is a terrorist organisation but the Irish government instead uses the word "militant".

Also, where can I read the Irish government calling on Hamas to change its stance about war being the only answer and that Israel has no right to even exist?

I asked for examples of state sponsored hate

How about the hate sponsored by the Palestinian State, where the governing party (or at least the governing party of one of the states that make up the state) is committed to the stance that "There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad." and that "Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it"?

Travel / Road traffic - Emergency lane use [23]

Bus lanes in Warsaw are pretty much pointless given that there's virtually no enforcement.

Be careful, and sell stocks when they peak.

Better yet, remember which stocks you claim you have kept and which you claim to have sold, then you don't end up claiming you've kept stocks which only a few days previously you were boasting about having sold. Just ask Jimmy Poorhouse how shameful it feels to have that egg dripping down his face. Hoot!

News / How will Polish-American relations change if Trump is elected president again? [694]

Cultural conservativism beats his support for Israel?

Remind me which US president ordered the US embassy in Israel to be moved to Jerusalem.
Remind me which US president ordered the US to become the first country in the world to recognize Israel's authority over the Golan Heights.
Remind me which US president ordered all American funding to UNRWA cut off.
Remind me which US presidential candidate has said he'll order the deportation of foreign students who participate in anti-Israel protests.

the other party believes that if someone¡s poor, then it's somehow their fault.

I've never understood how so many poor people can be suckered into voting for a party that is so open about that belief.

help them at election time with telephone canvassing. Over Skype...

Isn't somebody still banned from using Skype after than unfortunate incident where he thought that using his mother's credit card to buy Skype credit would make him untraceable and so could use those minutes to make death threats to somebody who lives in Poland?

you are most probably right in your discussion on rockets.

You really want to trust somebody who can't tell you all of the numbers between 1 and 20 to tell which are all of the parts of a rocket? Seriously?

And even if yer man could count to 20, we have a direct statement from the Chief of Staff of the Irish Defence Forces: "I can confirm that yesterday afternoon there was a Katyusha rocket that landed within 2-45". Not 'part of a rocket", "a Katyusha rocket".

Feedback / I love this forum - It's so Polish: tolerant, inconsistent, amusing [337]

Yes, there are some improvements. Makes things easier, doesn't it.

It does indeed. Well done Admin!

Also well done Admin for closing the thread that somebody opened solely to try to troll a poster who had shown him to be completely wrong about something else.
But even better done to leave the thread open for long enough for it to become clear that not only can somebody not count to 20 (he claims it's 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 19, 20. Hoot!) but that he can't even count to seven (Russia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Germany = six in Jimmy maths. Hoot!).

Against the comparatively azholing Irish,

No, they were clearly protesting about Toruńskie pierniki being banned. That's the only way that the St. Martin's croissant would become Poland's most famous bakery product!

You need to understand what UNIFIL is before spouting nonsense.

Barney, please remember that you know what UNIFIL is, I know what UNIFIL is and people such as Atch know what UNIFIL is, but some people literally cannot count to ten (or even seven in some cases), so of course they're going to spout nonsense!

Got to love this "fact you didn't know about Poland":
13. Poland Shares a Border With Six Countries

Six? LOL! Going from the top and moving clockwise:
1) Russia
2) Lithuania
3) Belarus
4) Ukraine
5) Slovakia
6) Czech Republic
7) Germany

LOL! But what is the problem here: does Jimmy not have access to a map? Or can he simply not count to seven? My money is on the latter of those: we already know that he can't count to 20 and we know he has access to the internet and so can use Google Maps. Hoot!

Dangerous driving occurs on all roads in Poland

As anybody who has traveled in Poland (i.e. not Jimmy Poorhouse) knows, the worst of the dangerous driving here is on the very best roads. On the motorways and expressways many drivers drive far too close to the car in front, meaning they have absolutely no chance of avoiding a collision if the bloke in front brakes unexpectedly. It's as if they think the laws of physics don't apply to them. Or possibly they are, like Jimmy, so stupid that they can't count to 20 (top tip: it doesn't go 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 19, 20) and so can't understand that at higher speeds braking distances are longer.

Such roads exist all over the world as do dangerous drivers.

Yes, but driving here is more dangerous. The death rate here per 100,000 people is double what it is in the UK!

That you have a weird obsession with forum members and try to track and spy on them.... yeah I knew that.

We all know that. But of course Jimmy Poorhouse is also stupid, so he knows nothing about Withdrawal Agreement beneficiary status guaranteeing pension rights regarding annual upgrading under the triple lock compared with the 'frozen pensions' paid in Canada, Australia, etc. But it must be hard for him to get his head round the idea that some people can choose the nationalities which are best for them, given that he's never had a passport or left the USA.

I didn't know that

Quite possibly because it isn't true. He was born in what is now Poland but then was not. His family were German but he was more Dutch than anything else.

By who? Kraków doesn't sound anything like GAE 'cracker' (neither vowel is close at all).

Somebody who has never been to Poland (or Europe)? Somebody who has never spoken to a Pole? Somebody who thinks that Salzburg is in Poland? Somebody who thinks that one counts to 20 like this: 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 19, 20?

10.It's Home to the Oldest Restaurant in Europe

I'm fascinated to learn that Salzburg is now in Poland. The oldest restaurant in Europe is certainly St. Peter Stiftskulinarium. There is an old restaurant in Wroclaw, but it's 470 years younger than St. Peter Stiftskulinarium and hasn't been in continuous operation anyway, it only recently reopened after being closed for several years. But Jimmy Poorhouse insists that the oldest restaurant in Europe is in Poland, so that must mean Salzburg is now in Poland. It's either that or a certain somebody knows nothing about Europe. Hoot!

19. It Has a Long Coastline

ROFL! Poland's coastline isn't even in the top 100 in the world! Estonia, tiny little Estonia, has a coastline nearly five times longer than that of Poland! LOL! Has a certain somebody ever looked at a map? Hoot!

Let's look at the first three of that "20" (although somebody might claim that the below are the first four, as he claims that 12 is 20. Hoot!):
1. The Most Famous Bakery Product Was Created by a Catholic Priest

Has anybody from outside Poznan even heard of a St. Martin's croissant? And who, other than somebody who knows nothing about Poland, would claim those are they more famous than Toruńskie pierniki? LOL! And they weren't invented by a Catholic priest either. Hoot!

2. The Country Is Home to Six Michelin-Star Restaurants

Actually, that one is correct! I had dinner at one of them last Saturday, it was superb. But very much out of the reach of most people here.

2. The Country Is Home to Six Michelin-Star Restaurants

Only an idiot would think that something built by enemies who occupied Poland is something Poland is proud of.

On the other hand a recorded interview on film, given by the Chief-of-Staff of the Irish Defence Forces, which you can watch.

Yes, but should we believe our own lying eyes and ears or the words of The Infallible One?

another unexploded device was safely neutralised after it was found 20 meters outside the compound."

That's actually quite important information: for the jihadis to land one rocket on the Irish camp might be regarded as a misfortune; to land two within 20 metres of it looks like carelessness, at best.

It's fun watching a narcissist jump through fire hoops backwards to avoid admitting that they were wrong.

Can you pass the popcorn please. Thanks.

as he understood it a rocket was taken out by the Iron Dome and debris fell on the camp.

It's a pity that he didn't read the words of Lt. Gen. Clancy:
I can confirm that yesterday afternoon there was a Katyusha rocket that landed within 2-45

uk.news.yahoo.com/irish-peacekeeping-troops-escape-injury-131252996.html

should have paid attention to those nuns.

Not punching them in the face probably would have helped too.

Well, it would probably be more accurate to say that not fantasising about punching them in the face probably would have helped too.

Life / Fast Food missing in Poland [48]

want to try Ethiopian, one of the few things I never ate

For Ethiopian, head to GoJo on JPII (west side, between Nowolipie and Nowolipki). Really good food. In that same development there's also Delhi 6, which currently does the best Indian food in Warsaw, and Achi Achi, home to awesome Japanese fried chicken. Also worth checking there is the hotpot place, but don't go there without a reservation.

Mexican taco place just off HP2, at the north end

You mean Taco Loco, opposite the court? I love their tacos but for burritos I prefer Senor Lucas. Tried that place yet?

Because he's been proved wrong and he doesn't like it.

You're partly right. But the majority of the problem is that he's been proved wrong by a woman, so now he's insulting her and trying to belittle her.

You can hear the words from his own mouth. He says 'a rocket', not part of a rocket or debris from a rocket.

But who are we to believe? Our own lying ears?

Travel / Looking for a new long-term stay in Poland [18]

And it's OK for shopping.

You mean Galeria Wisła? I had a surprisingly good curry there a few years back. Run by the same people who have the Ganesh restaurants in Warsaw and Lodz.

Jimmy Poorhouse can probably show you a photo he claims is me enjoying that curry too! Hoot!
