You're lying, as usual

You are quaint. Have you been there?

On my last visit three years ago, it was as safe as houses. There are some very good restaurants and you won't find anywhere better for fresh strawberries.

An innocent person would have outright condemned such heinous crimes and declared they would never be involved.

Anyone who was involved in either probably wouldn't be posting here, would they fat boy...

Now run along and play on the highway.

I'm no fan of surrealism however Toni di Renzo (1915-1986) is interesting. He was a minor member of the Romanov family and born at Tsarskoe Selo. His first wife was the feminist and occultist artist Ithell Colquhoun whose paintings are better known than his (and rocketing in value). He's probably best remembered nowadays for fathering quadruplets in his 70s. This one I like:

So, whbat takes you to places like Tripoli so often?

Nothing at all. I've been there a few times amd liked it though not recently. It's a nice place, very safe to walk about in and less touristy than most of the region. I was there a few times years ago and visited just after Covid though sadly only a flying visit. It's always struck me as a place where good manners and grace are appreciated so you'd not do well there. Or in Poland.

How much longer before Interpol closes in on you?

Given that I travel a lot for work, if they or anyone elsewanted to "close in" for any reason, they'd not have to try hard.

You're trying to distract though aren't you, Sweet Cherry Pie, by making stuff up to attempt to distract from me pointing out something very bad (and as I said before, shamefully embarrassing) that you did to a PF poster, his wife and children. As I said before, you were very lucky they chose not to press charges; it wasn't your first offence of that type and if there had been charges, you'd have gone straight to what Americans call "Juvenile Hall".

Shall I post the full story, Sweet Cherry Pie? Including the bit about the attempted apology? People here can make their own minds up.

News / The Baltics states rely on Poland as their main defender against Russian aggression?? [213]

Poland possesses the so called Suwałki Corridor which Russians need to reach Konigsberg as the shortest route.

Fortunately the Suwałki Gap is fortified to the teeth because of the threat that r*SSia poses.

As Kania says, Lithuania is slightly more likely however as far as I know, the Baltics are thoroughly protected by troops both local and from other NATO countries. It's hard to imagine the r*SSians being able to do much without tactical nukes which would of course invite a response that would be undesirable for them.

For parole

You'll have to try a bit harder, however you were very lucky indeed on the last two occasions and I doubt the police and DA would give you a third chance. You're very lucky the family in question are thoroughly decent and kind people and didn't press charges as the police recommended them to.

Here's a tip. If you're going to do shamefully embarrassing things like that, Sweet Cherry Pie, do try to cover your tracks a bit more carefully. It didn't take the Polish police long to track you down via the borrowed/stolen credit card.

it looks like we "owe" all that crappy art in art
galleries to billionares?:

The only 'crappy art' is kitsch, and even that can have charm. Remember, the map is not the landscape and different images can work on people in different ways.

Yup, I didn't even know such a thing existed...

I've seen them in modern offices in PL however they're generally a false economy and potentially a hazard.

Which episodes?

None in that show, since I'm obviously not eligible. Though if you continue on your course of action with PF posters and others you may find yourself in it.

Projecting much?

Only if there's a hall of mirrors that makes people look much shorter and considerably fatter and gives them a juvenile record for malicious phone calls, Little Cherry Pie.

we found a video of you

You didn't though, did you. There's only two or three videos of me online and they're a. not from the Middle East and b. on TV streaming services that are blocked in your country.

predicated on copyright theft

Given that China's harvesting as much data as it can for AI (including all of your personal data and anything they can filch from familky trees, DNA tesst, medical records and Birth/Marriage/Death stats), we can excuse the free world for not wanting to fall economically and technologically behind.

Poloniusz

He's actually about 200kg in real life and still pretty well a kid. Think Eric Cartman.

The better the quality of images AI produces the more likely it is that it was trained on copyrighted material.

In which case, it almost certainly wasn't. The images are funnier but cruder than the ChatGPT ones.

News / Polish military contingent in Lebanon. [183]

he believes his team have the evidence

If they do, they do. The priority however is bringing Hamas, Hezbollah and their overseas enablers and supporters to justice and ensuring that Israel are given every support in securing a safe, stable and thriving future as the only democracy in the region and with more teritory and an absence of terrorism sponsored by Iran and r*SSia.

That depends on how it was "trained" (on what material).

Given that it's Microsoft, I'd guess it's probably among the better ones.

the chief prosecutor

In which case, doubtless he'll act should there be evidence. Hopefully they will deal with Hamas, Hezbollah and their overseas enablers and supporters first.

It's the AI assistant on Skype. Belongs to Microsoft.

Nothing unethical (unless you count the capitalism)

Almost always untied

Ah well. Again, I was thinking of a friend who's Polish and lives in the UK.

Not really...

It was just that you remind me a bit of a friend who does. She's very arts and crafts too.

I'm shorter and not as slim. Shorter hair.

I guessed the shorter part, never comment on ladies' figures, but would have had you as longish black hair, tied back

Could be, but I also think it was programmed to create aesthetically pleasing images and that's probably the by-product of this.

Try the Skype AI; it's free and really unflattering.

The Belgian guy was Sobieski who sadly died

A different Belgian. I had plenty of contact off forum with Sobieski due to shared interests and an overlapping social circle; he was a nice guy and went too soon due to injuries sustained in a car accident.

The Belgian I'm thinking of was a lot younger and lived in Krakow.

Bulgarian version of Espana; I was a bit too harsh on him

There was Southern/King Polkagamon who claimed to have a shed load of Polish girlfriends. A fascist too though that's not rare here. I wonder what happened to him.

And Dominic B. I always imagined him as tall, fat, long hair and bad skin. He seemed to have a dedicated mission to deter people from moving to PL for work or study.

imagine if all the former members came back one day. What a beautiful mayhem it would be! :)

That will happen in the next life, either upstairs, downstairs, or in a PF Purgatory.

I only know how AntV looks like, and you told me you look like Begbie. That's it. Everyone else, I'm just guessing. :)

PAK's picture was doing the rounds because he's fairly well known through sport (and looks about as different from that as it gets), and I saw a picture of Amiga which was taken from a distance and doesn't show his face (though the basics are there in that image).

One former poster that was once a regular (not in Poland) but is here no more made a very big change in their life and their current appearance may surprise, however gossip is best avoided and in any case it would set Roz off if she knew. WB posted his own pic here so no need to guess.

Roz, btw, is tall, slim, blonde and good looking.

There was always Wulky who used to go on about how tall he was and how big his 'membrum virile' is. In my experience, people who boast about that tend not to have anything special down there.

There was that Belgian guy who worked in the chocolate shop and was always complaining that women in discotheques preferred Black and Arab guys to him. Can't remember his name.

And the woman from Manchester who used to post when drunk and often got angry. Amathyst, I think.

Tacitus is shorter and shaves carefully. BB is also on the short side but doesn't. Milo has middle aged spread and likes wearing grey. He owns a leather coat but doesn't wear it much.

I expect a 25 or 30% hit rate with all that.

Admin , BTW, is taller, slimmer and older. no beard. Espana wears sports clothes. Mr Grunwald is much harder to pin down (like Maf) however I'd say average height and mousy or dark blond hair.

What about Polsyr? He's a friend in real life so it would be cheating to do the ooky spooky stuff.

charge Putin

Of course. It depends on whether or not there's evidence sufficient to bring a case. With Putin they've had time to collect and collate hard evidence. They aren't a kangaroo court that brings cases just because members of the public say online that they think they should.

BTW, the ICC chief prosecutor is a devout Muslim and no friend of Israel, despite it being the only democracy in that region.

Alien has much shorter hair and Lenka has darker hair which is tied back. CMS9 is quite tall but not as agile as that. Paulina likes white blouses and dark skirts.

BTW, if you don't want to pay for the paid version of ChatGPT, you can get pics on Skype via the AI assistant. You get 4 at a time. They're a bit more chaotic though.

What about Crowie? I recently saw a picture that was allegedly him. Not at all what I imagined. I'd have guessed him as an overweight 47 year with straggly hair, a black beard, heavy glasses, wild swivelling eyes and a badly stained open-necked shirt. This guy looked like a better looking version of Russel Tovey.

I look like a 10 years younger Paweł Deląg

That sort of fits. I'd have imagined you as about 183cm, smooth skin, slightly (but only slightly) overweight and with angular glasses.

idea

Yes, I edited the post since looking at it more and more, it's OK. They fit quite well, but you do have to get the colour right. It would feel a bit like cultural appropriation though.

For the record, in real life I somewhat resemble Begbie in Trainspotting but with glasses. Probably not a coincidence since the actor's surname suggests we may be distantly related.

Less of the old person with grey hair and wrinkles.

That shirt's growing on me though. If it had a bit of grey and black, I'd think about it.

minor scratches

Black permanent marker pen works ok as a concealer on dark wood. There are special pens you can buy in three shades of brown though I've found that the colour isn't especially fast with those and black works better.

anything fairly small.

I've used it on bigger things. It's a good alternative to Teak Oil, though not as long lasting.
