Off-Topic / Being a Slav: a blessing or a curse? [199]

That's what Germans get...

We, well I, since I am not all Germans like BB, I mostly get A specimen. ;)

Still, it's like tickling the spinal cord...

Gar nichts.

Wraiths of the living and phantoms of the dead began to show at last.

Elaborate, pls.

She's a 'typical' Ukrainian, the essence of a Ukrainian woman.

O.K., but the essence of ukranian woman I experienced looked a lot more like specimen. ;)

From what I know you are a German, so you won't be able to get it.

Yap, I am German. So? What might you say that. Just look at the comment above. ;)
She's a politician and not intersting at all.

Oh, to be strict, I don't know about Southern Slavs

That's the right group of women to use the term specimen and btw add meditiranian, in my opinion of course. :)

worship of Slavic women

:)

Geez, you made me use my dictionary....

Nice. Bravo!

Now tell me she is not a representative. She a fkn Prime Minister! :)

Yes she is, but that's it. As a woman she's cute and so on, but nothing special, definetly no specimen if you understand what I mean. She's neither hot nor EXTRA. No specimen in that particular way. :)

And don't mix Polish politics into it, oh-key?

Nope.

Hm... you mean this specimen:

What? Come on, man. Too much for that nice woman/girl. Show some REAL specimen if you understand what that term means. :)

What's with that rope on her head?

It's giving her the 'virgin/girly' kinda look. Naiv. ;)

That's a racist remark

Actually he's hitting the point for the masses and the administration or how would you interpretate the statement of Merkel, Sarkozy and Cameron that the multiculutural society has "utterly" failed?

could someone tell me what a gay eye looks like

Ask JP Gaultier. ;)

yeah? but it is Germanic people that are racists !

BS, they were racists from the belonging, your people, my people, your race my race .....

IS you are falling for the stereotypes they were selling to you? BB's propaganda has its first effects...sorry for that man.

Fortunately the administrative(politics) doesn't have much to do with individual opinions. Half of my friends from elementary school through gymnasium and university were foreigners. Probably I detected my countrymen as boring and too much ocupied with themselves. :)

Life / Do you think women have the place they deserve in modern Polish society ? [31]

My mate is taking paternity leave now as it happens but it is unpaid.

Probably why the the classis role for that belongs to women. We still live in a very unflexible world regarding the job/work and of course the turnaround regarding the roles in that field what does not mean the classic gender positions are still valid.

Society has to get more flexible on that topic, too I guess.

Life / 3 reasons why you hate Poland. [1049]

I am not surprised that some of you don`t like ZUS , Post Office , Tax Office . I don`t like them either . I prefer to spend my money on more sophisticated stuff. than paying bills.

Universal problem. Anything specific polish to "hate"??? ;)

3 reasons why you hate Poland.

Hate is a very strong emotion and word. IMO wrongly placed here.

I don't have a single one. I like Poland and polish people.

German = watersports

Better you ask BB about that. He knows what 82 million think, prefer, eat, drink,... ;)

Never heard for that, mor like the S+M preference, basements with special chairs, swinging etc.
Germanics are to a good extend quite boring/mainstream, but the Abartigkeit is lingering through ;)

News / Polish PM Tusk- dictator or not? What Poles think? [421]

@crow: With this Harry sth no constructive talk about this topic. Biased.

You might want to go look at the graves in Srebrenica and the monument: you'll find that the reality is precisely the reverse of what you describe, as has been found by repeated court cases

Asssshole, did you asko your brain or what is functioning there why in Hague mainly Serbs are accused while 3!! parties at least were involved in that war?

If you cannot, stop your bs. You don't know a shi1t.

HR and BIH had better marketing(and of course allies) on their sides and could "proof" that they are just victims. hahahahaha

Food / Eat goulash from a cat and a steak from a dog in Poland! [114]

Truth is, we have alway "designed" food,.

In a way yes, but the purpose was different. Now that genetics with intercrossing is at its limit we just reproduce in the lab. Spooky.

I read the other day that we now have the ability to synthesise any taste.

Worked once myself for one of the big food producer. After working in the lab it is hard to enjoy any kind of food if it's not 'home made'.

like the bull (a vegetarian animal) we are large, muscled and we charge

How is that possible with all that chlorophyll??
No need for real proteins?
Tried a period that stuff...uh...tasted after a while all the same. Couldn't imagine myself being a veggy.
Humans are omnivores.

What puts a dog's or cat's meat above a cow's or a chicken's?

I guess projection of human characteristics in those animals, whereas chicken and other cattle(!) is just that.

It just all seems so arbitrary, fuelled by cultural values.

Double morality.;)

History / Was Daniel Fahrenheit a Pole? [138]

There is virtually no circumstance a German citizen like Nietzsche would ever say he is Polish if it wasn't true.

That is probably one reason, but he was also smarter than the average German. ;-)

I agree strongly with your premise that Germans don't want to shed their German heritage to be Polish.

Yap. It's a question of superiority for most of the Germans. :D
