No halo. Women can be awful. But statistically man are awful more often and to a bigger degree when it comes to violence

Considering that women work it's not very good argument. The workforce, at least in Poland, is close to 50-50.
Not reporting domestic violence by men is a problem and we should fight against it. I'm curious though what is your basis for the claim that women are the more violent ones?
Which is exactly my point. Man brings it, she blows it and when he says don't, she blows up and screams abuse.

A different aspect is that :
-it seems a lot of wealthy guys like to have trophy wifes and independence doesn't seem to be high on their priority list
-with their life styles their women has to be free. Business dinner without your wife because she is grading papers?
Why it's society's problem and not just personal? Less new, stable relationships, old ones breaking up, further decline of birthrate...
No woman married to a rich guy would ever give up her tennis club and insist on a 9-5 as a receptionist or a teacher.

In the end it doesn't matter as those things are out of our control. I can see the changes in the society and if you wan't to believe it's nothing it's up to you.

I do know what the traditional roles are but I'm at a loss of why you mention them...
If it's to show you can give more while women give less then straight away you sink as women were earning money and paying bills long before man knew what a housework even is :)
And what about carpets, windows, spring cleaning? Scrubbing the toilet and kitchen top to bottom? If you can take your half of that on yourself than you are not one of the man we were talking about and you are prepared for true partnership :)
All the points are a credit for you besides that kids part. Awful misconception and a pretty surprising in someone who, as I remember, would like to have quite a lot of them. That is of course unless you want to send them full time into nursery since they are 3 months old.

The point me and Pawian are trying to make is that young women are actually getting more assertive and picky and man are getting annoyed because they can't find a gf as they don't meet their standards.
And it's not personal as Iron is trying to make it, it affects society

I don't see any confusion here, it's one of the core values. You are supposed to listen to god even if he/she/it tells you to kill your kid. Priests are supposedly his messenger on earth and we should listen to them.
I still remember that during my first confession priest would ask whether I was a boy or a girl as if it had impact on our sins (stupid too as soon he would find out by the verb endings)

Well, I can say that when my mom skin stopped her from doing the washing (hand wash) and my father had to take over after few days he asked her what a washing machine does and bought it

Yeah, plus girls are usually pressured more to be 'nice, polite, don't argue etc.' Which makes it hard to stand up for yourself.

The 'single women' thing illustrates what I posted before. By guys of certain character and age, it's used as an insult, to kind of suggest that women couldn't 'catch' a man. And as I said in my earlier post it stopped working on young girls, they are not ashamed.
