But I will say this: if I wasn't born Polish, I'd very much like to be a Russian. For the mere fun, pain and delight of it. My soul wouldn't suffer.

All the above posters are a rather typical propaganda stuff but there is something disturbing in the one depicting Ukraine's crucifixion: the figure of Ukraine has a female body but a male face. It looks disturbing - looks like leftists were sending subliminal LGBTQRVXSTRZ+ messages even back then. *shocked*

A huge historical inaccuracy - it was the pig that trained the French to eat with knife and fork. Scandalous misrepresentation.


To say "Polish Pan quivers in fear" is like saying "Circle has three acute angles" - a nonsensical statement.


This is a rather disturbing fantasy, and I don't even want to speculate on what Mr Freud would think about it.

I hope the author of these ridiculous posters ended up in some distant, cold gulag. :)

They did! Here's a cover of a German advertisement booklet...

... and they were seen all around Danish countryside in the 80s/90s (apparently Danish farmers thought the car was cheap and quite sturdy). :)

They were exported to many countries of the world and we sold licence abroad (they were manufactured in Egypt, China and Thailand).

Jeremy Clarkson is not the greatest fan of Polonez, to put it mildly, but the car was quite decent in the poor, grey communist times.


That's old Poland for you: more eastern than it is today and multi-cultural. :)

Anyways, Rich, read the opening post again and the article linked. Braun said that he was stopping "the act of wild, talmudic cult", so he kinda admitted himself to disturbing religious activity. :)

I suppose that's why idiots commiting crimes have the right to remain silent afterwards - not to incriminate themselves. Braun chose not to exercise this right. :)
