My immediate family and dads cousins family are all ski. Were in Canada and the government said its easier without ska at the end for the woman. (So both have same last name).

Today here in Canada there is about 1 million Poles. And tbh were a quiet bunch very much like Germans.
Rarely I see people making Polish jokes compared to 10+ years ago.
There is 2 smaller groups who are quite loud in comparison: Greeks (danforth stuff), Portuguese (when soccer comes around). And Italians they are quite loud too lol (not a bad thing).

Ask the average Canadian and theyll say Poles are considerate/kind people (in Poland).
Some also know of our rough history being stuck between two giants Germany and Russia.

My dad who came from Poland to Canada several decades ago came with a Masters degree.
The Canadian government wouldnt accept it. He had to work in the toughest jobs from scratch until we became midclass citizens. I hope this has changed by today.

Yes. I think Poland like Germany/Russia should just stay away from these things.
If Britain France and Italy want to keep fighting these unnecessary wars (i.e. Libya) then they are painting a target on themselves.

Just for your information I am very opposed to the war in Libya and I do not hate Ghadafi at all.
Looking at American history we see that the Americans send their own people/dictators/CIA and cause commotion around the world. South America, Central America, Asia, MiddleEast, Africa have all felt the wrath of those idiot Americans who follow their government like dogs.

The US has caused millions of deaths since after WWII.

Germans usually argue that the land belonged to Germanics before Poles.

The problem I have with this is Germanics were a people who made Germany AND other countries.

if someone says German = Germanic
then why not say Pole = Slavic.

So perhaps there were "Germanic" tribes there but tribes move.
Look at the Magyars or Bulgars who came wayyy from the east.

Here like me try to help... (I think I posted something similar a while back).

Im going to try and be neutral to both you and polskimoc arguments:

First some numbers...

Poland 1939- 1,000,000 (over the course of battle); 250,000(mobilized_week1), 250,000(mobilized_week2), 500,000reserves

Germany: 1939- 1.5 mil (9 panzer divs each with 328 tanks, 8 support battalions and 6 artillery batteries)

France: 1939- 900k plus (5 mil trained)

Britain: 1939- 897,000 men including reserves.

During the early stages of the war. Britain dropped flyers, and according to you also bombed ships north of Germany where British folks lost their lives. I would like a source for this.

France moved in slightly to German lands but essentially did nothing.

The problem with the possible scenario was that Britain was further away from Poland and it would not be easy to move troops through and into Germany in a fast enough response.

France were stuck in defense mode with the line on Germanys border and understandably it would take time to move in troops.

Im gonna guess any major action would have to be taken first by France. They would send in troops fairly at a moderate rate and would cause some problems to Germanys west coast.

Over time France continues to pour in troops and mechanized equipment. Eventually Britain would surely send troops given some time to assist the French.
At this point German troops would need to be sent from the Polish front to assist the western side where by now the French and British have somewhat overwhelmed the Germans. Poland would perhaps have held on slightly longer (assuming the Soviets did not attack because of France and Britains involvement).

The problem is time would the French and British do significant damage to the western Germany before a good portion of Polish army has been killed/captured?

I guess the more effort and amount of numbers sent against Germany would result in Germany focusing less attention to Poland by now.

Just two more things:

Assuming the British did bomb German ships. Why could they not have sent more? Why not attack more significant targets at a larger scale. The Germans attacked people. What would happen if more innocent Germans were being killed. Maybe Hitler would be more pissed off at the west?

And finally this is all speculation. There is not 100% proof of success even if Britain or France had intervened more significantly. It could have helped and lessened the deaths and time of WWII?

I cant speak for Poland (havent been there too long).

But I can say that in general in America/Canada a lot of white people have been exposed to black culture and some of them enjoy it. The same is true for Poles over here.

We can say that part of black culture is rap maybe. When I grew up I listened only to rock/alternative (by choice) and christian songs (fed to me). Later I discovered metal and like it to this day.

Sometimes I got bored and have found some rap and/or hiphop songs.

Actually the two bands I have listened to (I dont know what to call them rapper group) have some interesting lyrics which mostly are true. So not all rap songs are "dumbing" down.

I will agree that is certainly possible that a lot of rap songs is maybe violence, going against society (oh some metal is this too), some rap songs speak badly of white people (if a white guy sang something bad about black guy he would get kicked off air, etc).

Funnily enough Polish people have one of the highest IQs. Of course there is stupid ones and smart ones but its an average based off of tests done. Of course IQ does not say everything but its one indicator.

I have seen some sources which really downgrade countries IQs and others exagerate them as to high.

On my dads side everyone has dark hair and on my moms side blonde.
