How strongly are Poles sure that president Duda defend Poland's interests ? [251]
The president, who invited both guys into his palace and broke bread with them, can pardon them any time he wants.

The president already pardoned those two a long time ago. His pardon was challenged. So the case was sent to the proper court that has final authority according to Polish law to decide what is and what is not constitutional.
That court called the Constitutional Tribunal ruled in 2018 that the presidential pardon was valid and constitutional. It means the issue has been decided finally and no other court can legally change it or undermine it.

Duda transferred the case to the Prosecutor General's Office and the courts as a political ploy.
However, I don't care what PiS does or doesn't they do not break the law as PO and Tusk do.
Saying that Duda is instigating more political upheaval is BS, if anything he is extending an olive branch to Tusk, giving him a chance to come out of the conflict without backing out and at the same time quieting emotion and political war. Ploy LOL!
