then again, no one really needs to ask Polish women to wear make up and high heels, they do it anyway.

of course, it's all about making choices. What I meant about bossy is that anytime we went to visit our Polish friends, the husband always kept us company while his wife was running her butt off between the kitchen, fixing meals and the living room, serving. I've never experienced any guy helping his wife in the kitchen.

I'm not talking about Polisharerude or anyone else here but you know and I know that due to the cultural differences, sometimes Polish (or European) people come across rude while in the states. Especially here in the South were people are extremely polite, anyone who behaves or reacts differently than us, might be or is often considered rude. The same type of behavior is widely accepted or at least tolerated in Europe.

OK, forget for a minute about the Brits, just be realistic about the impression any foreigner gets when he visits Poland (I've mentioned it many times on this forum) when he sees those drunks (all day long) at the "kiosks".
