And the most important give away that you have no clue about business here is that the business owner pays the taxes directly to the Voivodeship. Accountants have no access to money and are not authorized to make such payments. Accountants, by Polish law, are liable for tax computation, and will not assume liability for making tax payments for their clients when they are independent companies.

PiS has raised taxes. Clearly you have no real world understanding of what is happening here. The 9% rate is only available to a very few and specific companies, it is not available to any existing corporations. Stop with your misinformation and get the facts straight.

No income tax for U25's is a disaster. Some of these people are the highest earners because they are creative in business. Then they turn 25, and magically their income falls below the 19% threshold because they know how to hide money.

Biden is a socialist in my opinion and he will drive the country further into debt. He will create an unprecedented amount of jobs while doing it, and will tax the hell out of the wealthy. Not what I would support either.

Sure its an argument or a point. Poland under this government is sliding backward. No forward thinking or educated person could possibly support what is happening here. This "law" or "tax" that state owned media does not have to pay is designed to crush independent media and thus independent thought and perspective.

The goal is to simply crush all other media other than state owned. Its simple. The problem they are going to have is collecting tax from those companies that relocate to Slovakia and other countries with more tax friendly environments for media. The PZHL is a disorganized mess. The PHL is operated like a kabab stand. The Federation refuses to join the 21st century because it would eliminate the social welfare provided by the Ministry.

The Polish federation has no clue how to operate professionally, and no player with half a brain would go to Poland to play for those in charge. The only way North Americans are coming to Poland is if real professionals are operating, and in Polish hockey there are a total of five professionally run operations, none of them are at the league or federation level, and two of the five are teams owned privately and not funded by any city tax money.

The best Polish athletes, regardless of sport, leave Poland to play anywhere else. Lewandowski for example. Poland simply refuses to grasp anything of a professional nature in any discipline. Frankly it is sad, and until the people milking the system are removed, nothing will change.
