Indeed, I am referring to the agreement that Morawiecki signed. This was one of the reasons I voted for Konfederacja. It was discovered that Trzaskowski received help from abroad in his campaign. It is illegal under Polish law, but it was brushed aside by the current government, who support that dude and is indeed aware of the fact.
If that was Berlin, Brussels, or Moscow, or all three above using proxies is immaterial at the present.
