His audience consists of random average people who, like me, are sick of this crap. That's how he earns a living.
If he were as deep as you expect, his audience would be ten Lyzkos and he would be flipping burgers.

When I was 13, I was not:
1. Running around with a BB-gun
2. I was not out running around at 10:30 pm
3. I was not ignoring cops' orders.

This sordid show we call government is run by the suits and millions of unelected parasites. Presidents can't even give orders to the department heads who, according to the script, "report" to him.
Trump didn't read or ignore the memo he found on his desk the day he was sworn in and that's why the suits did their damnest - short of assassination - to render him powerless. See the Wall (all 47 miles of it) and Syria as examples.
And that is why I will never be caught playing along by voting - especially in the Soviet Republic of Illinois. My other concern is that stupidity is contagious.
As with Covid, I want to be as far as possible from the morons who elected the fossil four years.
