How do you know she was raped? How do you define "rape"? Do you require that the victim reports the rape to the police at the first opportunity or three months later at her convenience?

An effective death penalty for raping an underage child would reduce the number of rapes of underage children since that would eliminate repeat offenders if it didn't actually deter them.

My first language is American and has been that way since 1975. Nobody in my family speaks Polish, my Polish wife included.
