Bretonne bean soup - close but not exactly coz it is served in thick tomato sauce while my dish has only beans from clear bean soup.
Broth? Not exactly. But you were close - broth from flaki aka tripe - check those grey strips.

The history of the dish - I had made tripe flaki first. Then I added beans. And finally borrowed Silesian dumplings from my wife.
