It was about can British or other *natives* spot a Pole or Poles in their communities
The simple answer is yes, a lot of the time *we* can.

OK guys, isthatu2 is not quite wrong here. When you consider how many Polish guys have shaved their heads nowadays, it does make it pretty easy to determine their nationality (maybe it has changed in the meantime but a few years ago, it was a big time fashion in Poland and we all know it). Also, you guys often wear different cloth too (I'm not saying worse, just different).

You can spot

why don't you guys post pics of people from different countries and start guessing where they're from? (like 3 pics and one of them has to be a Pole, male or female, doesn't matter).

News / Abortion still under control in Poland [2986]

and the reason you do nothing about it is?

do I really have to explain it to you, F4?
What can a single person do about it, huh? I/we can only vote for politicians who are opposing abortion (out of convenience) and voice my/our opinion/s anywhere I/we can (e.g. PF).

Over and out. This thread is already way too long and we're not getting anywhere with it anyway.

a life of sin

forget it man, don't even go there. I haven't mentioned religion with one word in this thread and my opinion about abortion has absolutely nothing to do with it.

I don't know

OK, then let's just stick to it. No need to continue to participate in this thread then, right?

So why don't you try answering it if it interests you so much?

My opinion about it was/is firm and I don't beat around the bush, my friend. I explained it many times in this thread how and why I feel about abortion the way I do and there's really nothing more to add to it.

Are those really the only two alternatives you can imagine?

alternatives? What are you talking about, man?

If you believe abortion is "wrong"

you said, it's wrong too, didn't you, so

please state how wrong it is and if you're doing nothing to prevent it. Why/why not?

then again, you also said, you're pro choice so....hmm (LOL)

Why are we trying to compare

why are we trying to compareresponsible, children loving moms with some thoughtless, irresponsible, party dolls who don't don't give a damn about the lives of their unborn babies?

fallopian tube

fertilised egg can't implant, so dies

nested egg

severe blood loss

if people had discussions like this 1 on a daily basis, we wouldn't have to worry about abortions. Who would even want to have sex after hearing all this? LOL

News / Repopulating Poland with Ukrainians? [67]

Whats not free and fair about that?

As a German, you should know how it works in your country. Most of you didn't want to join the EU zone and yet, your government did it anyway, without asking you. It was the same with your currency and you know it. Before you'll get too upset, you need to know that I lived in Germany for quite some time and speak your language fluently. I don't have any problems with your people or the country itself (actually, I like it) but your system sucks just as bad as ours (since Obama is in the office anyway).

Let's put it this way, what's legally right, is not always morally right. Again, abortion out of emergency YES, abortion out of convenience NO, Cary the consequences of your actions people. Act like adults. If you're old enough to f/ck, you're old enough to raise a child too, end of story. If you're not ready to raise children, don't f'ck or use contraception, simple as that.

If a pregnant woman chooses to view her pregnancy and the form of life inside her differently than you

but it's not about how she (or anyone else for that matter) feels about it, it's about the right to be born and to live of an unborn child. . No, I'm not willing to agree that anyone (including her) has the right to decide, who's to live and who's to die.

It would force me to adopt a view point I do not hold if I answered either way.

the problem is that until now, you don't hold any point, sorry. You're against abortion and at the same time, you're pro choice. Something's not adding up here.

I have made it perfectly clear that I think the choice is best left to the would-be mother first and foremost.

if it was all about her, I'd probably agree with you but we're talking about her deciding about the life of her child to be.

I'm not debating you on probability related to pregnancies resulting in successful deliveries.

but this is what this whole thing is about. A child will be most likely born alive if it won't be aborted and so, aborting a child is like killing it. She has no right to kill it just because she "knows" (as you say) what's better for it.

Seriously dude, do we have to go back to this style of discussion?

not really F4. You said earlier, you're against abortion and then you said, you're pro choice, so make up your mind, man. You can't have both.

It looks like you're paying way too much attention to your style and not enough attention to what you're saying.

No one is talking about her child except you

not true. You're blind if you can't see that there are quite a few posters here who oppose abortion. Besides, I usually say "a child to be" but calling it a child is not a real mistake either as it will be most likely be a child if it won't be aborted.

I would not be arguing for her to do or not to do anything except make the decision she feels is best.

exactly F4, since you can't predict the future, you can't say that a child won't have a good life and I believe, it deserves a chance. Even a mother can't predict the future of her child.

It's a total nonsense what you said, F4. What if someone will decide that the best for you is to end your life and kill you, huh?

Incorrect. Miscarriages are real facts of life

but the chance to be born alive is much higher. C'mon, even you know it, F4.

her future

what about her child's future? Why not give it a chance to enjoy life, like we all do (more or less, anyway)?

there is no child. period.

it will be certainly a child if it won't be aborted, period!

People need to believe they know what's best for everyone else in order to convince themselves they know what's best for themselves.

so true Foreigner4, it's a same with a mother to be who convinces herself that the best thing for an unborn child is its death.
