Jim the rapist has never (as far as we know) been on trial for rape. But he has admitted here committing rape, even boasted about it. Presumably none of his victims went to the police. Or perhaps they did and were not listened to, we know from the court files that his first wife's complaints about his domestic abuse were pretty much waved off. For example, as soon as photos of his shack were posted here (with a link to where they were taken from), the photos were removed from that county site (but all the mandatory informationis still there). Jim the rapist's housemate is a convicted paedophile. Just Google the name Richard R Ruffe and you'll find his rap sheet with multiple convictions for possession and distribution of child p0rn. I won't post any links, because whenever such links are posted here they are reported to Google with a right to be forgotten request, so the sites stay up but Google no longer displays them as results. Apparently it hasn't occurred to Jim the rapist that such actions mere confirm yet again who Richard Ruffe is to him. It's mildly impressive that Poles now notice their neighbours are beating their wife/girlfriend, for far too long they've been like the denizens of backwoods Michigan and seen wife-beating as a god-given right. People in those places even think that convicted wife-beaters should serve as church elders. Just ask Jailhouse about that (although you'll need to use a US IP address to see his church's page now).


He possibly also didn't think that what he did was a crime, as in his mind 'she was asking for it'. The same way that Jailhouse says we shouldn't blame priest who sexually abuse children, because the "racing hormones" of the children mean 'they're asking for it'. The obsession is the worry with all the serial criminals. That and the arrogance, the really dangerous ones never think they'll be punished for their crimes. They can see their childhood best friend send down for nearly a decade for sex crimes involving children but then they welcome the convict into their home when he's released, and go right back to watching hours on end of pre-pubescent children getting sweaty in gym class. Even several months on remand awaiting trial can't shake their confidence that they'll never answer for their crimes.
