the homosexual transsexuals HSTS (male to female) are usually conspicuous even as children, even as little boys they are overtly feminine, uninterested in traditional male pursuits, attracted to female social roles and dress and once into puberty are attracted to men, the goal of the transition is to become as traditionally feminine as possible to attract men (see SE Asia for a place that has more or less institutionalized this). The last thing most of them want is to stand out as different or some kind of 'third gender'...

these are the ones who like exposing their male genitalia in women's locker rooms (recent case in LA I believe) or try to get into discussions of hygiene products with teenage girls or want beauty parlor workers to shave their male genitalia (see Jonathan Yaniv one of the worst)
To sum up, HSTS's are part of life's rich pageant (they've been around forever and found in almost every kind of society, including pre-industrial hunter gatherers) who mostly deserve sympathy and understanding and aren't interested in making waves
AG's weirdos (sometimes dangerous) who don't care who they hurt in pursuit of their freaky urges - they need to learn how to keep their fantasies private and not bother everyone else
Remember the goal of all PC terminology is to confuse people and to try to lure them into making bad choices so Blanchard's typology is categorized as hate speech although once you understand it.... lots of confusing things make much more sense.
I'll add... female to male transsexuals are very different and much more rare (female teenage sexual dysphoria is very distinct and transitioning is not a good idea for the overwhelming majority of them)
