That is not a problem. The problem is that will give in without getting any concessions.
There priorities for Poland:
-postponing for a long time closing coal power plants/
-Get rid of foreign investments in strategic areas.
- build a nucleral power plant or three.
- enure that Polish law takes precedence over the EU law (like Germany did).
- cleverly reintroduce conscriptions.
- build Polish nuclear weapon
To ensure those a-holes stay off for a time being:
let some law about civil partnership
let some BS about gender (but keep it out of schools and institutions)
Let some LGBT BS into a public sphere in a limited way
The way I see they will just talk much but quietly they will cave in. Focusing on secondary issues they will lose it all without gaining anything.

Nah, should focus on the state organization and its workings. It should be a framework that would allow the economy to blossom due to the creativity and industry of its citizens. A state should protect from outside and inside interference in that process and ensure a level playing field for all involved.
That is true to some extent.
On the other hand, parties outside Poland do that too.
As to LGBT and other issues, it is a cultural wave of liberal democracy and after that comes to those nations and countries that are not powerful enough just before or after economical subjugation known as a new form of colonialism.

Polish gov should cancel their participation in this program, stop paying into the EU and tell them to get a grip and bugger off.
By the way outside of everything else that Constitution should be disrespected and better still scraped.

I mean is he a problem? Yes, I know that people like him are the problem but he doesn't stand alone. The crux of the matter is the system in Poland that allows such people to rise to prominence. He should be a con man in Gdansk, that should be the height of his career.
The same goes for many people in PiS.
Morawiecki should be selling postcards in a post office.
J Kaczynski a mayor of some middle saiced town.
Many others from PO or SLD should be still in prison ending their 20 or 30 years long sentence.
So stop bringing up some simple lies or inconsistencies - Tusk is not in charge, he doesn't f up Polish business as PiS does.
