lol.. my opinion and experience as well.
yeah, i have a hard time but seem to better then most cracka's. but it's a bit of a hobby of sorts to try to recognize people's origins. USA surely is a melting pot. i also do this with surnames.
I'll give MY personal opinion, take it or whatever, but my feelings: most of us Polish families are Roman Catholic, and get the guilt trip laid onto us heavily.

I'd have said more a glorified sausage roll...it was minced meat, other goodness (green stuff usually) wrapped in puff pastry, cooked and enjoyed. But she definitely said it was called pasticziki (pastacheeky)
