I know that his parents are Stanisław & Antonina. He was from the Soviet Union (maybe Belarus or Lithuania). I remember that I had relatives in Belarus. I want to find out more about them but I'm stuck searching. I have no idea where to look next.

Long shot and I apologies if this offends as I don't think anyone will know. I have discovered that I have a large family connection to Poland. I am looking for members of the Argeband family, especially Sarah Brahna Argeband born in Bodzanow around 1860. Also Helen Cudlitz 1886, Joseph Handler 1906, Anne Handler 1908
Furmanski Karol Furmanski Frank Furmanski Jan - half brother All resided in New York as per ship manifest and NY census 1920/1930/1940. I would like to get in touch with the family, I have a great deal of information, also some questions.
A Friend's great-grand Uncle's WWII draft registration from Cleveland, Ohio stated his name was John Joseph Budka born 16 Dec. 1884 in Boguszewicz, Poland. He came to the US in 1914. His sister Catherine Budka, my friend's great grandmother, stated on various census forms that she was born in Russia-Poland in 1891. She may have come to the US in 1898. She married in Scranton, Pa. in 1900 and was living in Schenectady, NY by 1905. She moved to Amsterdam, NY in 1926. Does anyone know what town Boguszewicz actually might be? I can't find it as other than a surname and that isn't the family surname as far as I can tell. My friend would like to know where in Poland (?) her family is from. Any guidance is much appreciated.
Januchowski Family last known in Bydgoszcz[/b]. Please help me to locate any member of the Januchowski family. Last known contact was in 1998 Ul Grabowa2/1 85-601 Bydgoszcz: Bozena and Jurek Januchowski, daughter Mariusz.
I suspect Mariusz is their son rather than their daughter unless he's transitioned.
Maybe try Facebook. A quick look shows that there are people with that surname in Bydgoszcz and there are 6 people called Mariusz Januchowski, none listing their home as Bydgoszcz but some not too far away.
There are also 3 people called Jerzy Januchkowski and three called Bożena Januchkowska. Perhaps one of them is a person you're looking for.

Hello I am looking for my step grandmother. Last known address was in Lodz and have not heard from her in a few months. She would be in her 80's most likely and left Canada around 1996/97 to go back to Poland
There are several people on Facebook called Barbara/Basia Jaszczak whose pictures suggest they are in that age group and a few of them are in Łódź or in small towns around Łódź. Have you checked there?
@Lil321 My half sister and I are searching for information on our Polish grandparents believed to have come from the Wilnow area. We are not sure of the spelling of our grandmothers name. We have it as Kilejewicz. Does this sound a likely Polish name, does anyone know of any variants of what it could be if our spelling is not correct? Many thanks
I think there are two possibilities - it's either Wilno (in English - Vilnius), which used to be in Poland and now it's the capital of Lithuania or Wilanów - which used to be a village that became part of Warsaw in 1951 (Wilanów Palace is located there). Because, as far as I'm aware, there's no village, town or city in Poland that's called "Wilnow" or "Wilnów".
Btw, there's also a village called Wilnowo in the North of Poland.
