I can advise preply.com/pl/warszawa/korepetycje-z-arabskiego for searching native speaking tutors. I've learnt English using this website and will going to learn Arabic with them. Here you can find local tutors and study with them. Most of tutors are native speakers.
Unfortunately, we can`t help you. The only Arab people we know in the forum are the ones who look for assistance with Persian oral exams. So, they come and go soon and you have little chance to get in touch with them.
