I've only seen this type of directory for Polish businesses located within the United States. I believe the phone book you may be referring to is called, Polish Business Directory USA-West. Publisher: Master Printing. Phone: 877-742-9455
I've acquired these phone directories at the Polish Bazaar, held at Our Lady of The Bright Mount Polish Church. It's located in Los Angeles, CA.
