Love / Abuse in relationships (my first Polish girlfriend) [216]

U will convince more ppl there to practice Yoga.....

Actually people get convinced themselves after they try some of the steps and they work. I haven't found anyone who tried and didn't work. I myself tried a few and they worked. Which of course turned me into a fan.

Men who take part in abuse (or women) usually suffer from internal tension, or sometimes they also suffer from some kind of hidden physical restlessness. In such cases also, Yoga can work.

See the page about yoga in Poland.

News / RUSSIA IS TO POLAND WHAT TURKEY IS TO SOUTH SLAVS [66]

Poland would arise

It will. But your ideologies need a repair. Already in another thread about it.

It will be interesting to see your reply to that issue there.

Otherwise will think that you always avoid the critical. However, like to speak more on temting high-adrenaline issues.

Its good to be concrete and clear.

and I was disgusted.

You could've given your life. A display of your revolt to such incidents... I think that would've been preety brave!

News / French and Poles [146]

I ate Kebab in London. They said it was almost a national dish there. Though I presume it comes from turkey, arabs, persians and indians...

Anyways its tasty.

Love / Polish interracial dating [333]

Once upon a time... I remember a thread similar. Perhaps a time before any of our present moderators arrived. A time when there was only a few of us, and the Admin used to keep an eye on everything himself.

And there was this thread. A thread...similar. It made noise, and spread...and scattered so much energy that it attracted many people.

I think that thread was the reason why Polish forums became so popular.

I know its arguable. But thats my opinion.

men are bad, women are good.

The unfortunate part is that some women think that to be equal they must convert to ...: men are bad, women are bad aswell!

Its just... very unhealthy. See my Yoga page. It works for my mom, me ...many family friends, friends and neighbours. And I find fans here in Poland of this excerise from time to time. It works to cool the head aswell.

Life / Deadly Roads - "Are polish roads really THAT dangerous?" [139]

I was driving near the Polish Czech border, while a car tried to overtake me. It was foggy, the road was skiddy... and the only fault that could've been mine mustve been the tires.

The person driving the other SUV mustve been a bloody jerk (i usually dont use slangs... but i feel helpless...and thats why want to avoid discussing it in detail). He just tried to push me off the road to go ahead!!! I wonder what was waiting there for him!!!

I just noticed suddenly another vehicle's headlights coming right into me. To avoid the collision i tried to move myself away... while it skidded and toppled and crashed on the side....after that i really dunno what happened. All i know is that I am alive now and writing this really gross story to you :(

Love / My Perfect Love Story so I thought [73]

It will take time and meditation.

I have a thread here... on Yoga. It might relieve you of stress.

There is a method... of breathing in and breathing out.... the method is more yogic and different. You may try.

Go the website provided there. Swami Ramdev works!

Life / Bringing up children in Poland. [16]

As it is Moral Science, it is to be derived from every religion. But only the parts which teach the best of values for this world.

One such attempt is being carried on by the Baha'is (ww.bahai.org.pl). However, various different Universities in Poland are actively forming a club (and some universities in other parts of Europe too) to develop such a system for our children too :). As I have told here before...since my university days, I have been actively involved in constructive clubs for social welfare. I think it can work.

But do you have any other suggestion or opinion for developing a CONSTRUCTIVE attitude into our children? To integrate, to accept, learn and develop faster and give way to a better more peaceful world? A world which is welcoming.

If necessary we would start from Poland :).

How about introducing 'Moral Science' everywhere...

How about teaching parents to educate their children about Moral Science...or setting up Moral Science schools....? A way to educate children of every goodness, and not the divising aspects taught elsewhere.

Life / Deadly Roads - "Are polish roads really THAT dangerous?" [139]

The card had a crash while trying to save another. Its all miserable :(...

Anyways... this thread was about an International problem, regarding roads around Europe, specially the mainland Europe. So why is this post transferred here? Wonder who is involved, the Admin or some new guy/gal who is the moderator now.

Was it a Czech driver that caued the accident?

No... it was me!

It was juuuuust inside Czesc territory. I say juuuuuust....

My fault is that i thought that the other person (whose overtake caused my wrath) had eyes. Now I know that everyone is blind.

Horriable really. Just plain horriable.

Law / Business setup in Poland [36]

It is an issue. Bolek might be right...

However, if the foreighner is something more exotic... as though a Persian, Arab or Indian... then perhaps it can work. Because I have noticed it to ignite interest.

Rest is ofcourse luck and hard work. Be sure about that.

where exactly in Europe was the accident?

Near the Polish Czech border... almost at the end of Czech Rep.

I injured my hand and legs severly. But I got everything intact :D. Lost my new car, but recently bought another ...

But I stopped coming to Polish forums after the accident. I was in OK shape to continue, but then, didnt feel like. Now while my hand is healing, I thought why not continue the battle :D (kidding about battle... just posting).

I have discovered my hidden talent in Yoga these days. After I recover completely (hopefully a month) i'll get back to gym too!

How are you dear man?

Life / Bringing up children in Poland. [16]

This post is for all. A Polish origional, immigrant or visitor on a long stay with children.

So what do you think about the children in Poland? How are they different or similar to other children around the world? What are our lankings and possibilities?

Some university clubs have undertaken a beautiful project to persue a programme for Children in Poland to find our possibilities, to understand our children, and to make the Polish future (which is with our children) to be more integrated and more free, open and welcoming.

Your contributions, thoughts, opinions or any comment are much valued.

Lodz.

Love / Why are more Polish girls marrying Americans? [77]

that a man should take care of a woman because she's weak and delicate...? ;)

The woman takes care of the man too. The children too.

If the man takes care of the woman and children aswell, this is no stereotype. We have different roles in the social structure. We also have a free mind/will though ... but when we tresspass our boundaries....or try to get something that we are not supposed to get... we end up in a ditch.

For a woman, her man (husband) is and should be the person she looks up at. And for the man, the woman is and should be his lifes most important/valuable and strong influence.

Children...are best when they are fruits of love and attentiveness.

Fruits in the garden, carefully planted and selected, are sweet.
Fruits which grow in the wild, often unwanted or just plain accident... are often sour, bitter and ... ofcourse... wild.
