Nato stopped the serb agression and if they didn't i wouldn't be surprised if serbs were pushing in on another country by now. look into serb history.. that's just they way they are.
nato is in afghanistan mainly because of shrubco. i am still a little miffed why but hey that's the way it is.

i'd use sour cream instead of the taters or possibly cheese cream.
my recipe includes cream cheese and ricotta as polish farm cheese is impossible to find outside of Chicago and other pole centers.
in some recipies you add some pudding to the cheese to make it smoother

With regard to actual speed limits the signs are extremely confusing, 50 km in built up areas, 70km-90km (variable) on the A roads and 130km on motorways.

don't be afraid because it is. the "english" part of the deal is the deal breaker.. how many italian. brazilain, mexican bands do you know of? even german (swedish) stuff isn't all out there unless it is in english.
i think that polish music is awesome.. so i guess your opinion just differs with mine.
