Have any of you ever tried a Ukranian style of Barszcz? It's served cold.

Also, in Poznan I like to buy frankfurterki. I mention this type of sausage in other regions of PL and it's unheard of.

It's not equal if one has to be at work all day. So, basically you're just chipping in. Especially when breastfeeding :) But, I do believe that overall it's a dual responsibility.

Even if his parents were against it, I'm sure he can still go and purchase a calling card. They aren't expensive at all. It just doesn't sound right. I don't want to discourage you, but you shouldn't concentrate so hard on this. My opinion is that if it meant so much, the least he could do was call, email or sms you.

I used to be in the industrial scene. Loved black and most plain drab clothing. Goth is too scary nowadays. Everyone is trying to look dead. Honestly, being dead can't be much fun.

Since travelling to PL, I've become quite fond of the mini :)

So, I guess I won't be shocked by anything if I visit Poland....I'll fit right in!

Or not.... Boston is nothing like Poland. You have to realize that this is another country. Not even our PL districts are the same as it is there. Yes, some of these facts are true with anywhere you visit, but I wouldn't go as far as to compare.

As far as birthdays in PL go, my girlfriend and her family celebrate their birthdays even the grandparents, But the 18th seems to be the most popular :)
